You brought up usury. Obviously, you do not know what the word means. For your sake I looked it up in the Webster’s Encyclopedic Unabridged Dictionary and I will give you the definition contained therein.
Usury: **1. the lending or practice of lending money at an exorbitant interest. 2. an exorbitant amount ** or rate of interest, esp. in excess of the legal rate."
Usury 1.The practice of lending money and charging interest, esp. at an exorbitant or illegally high rate. 2. An excessive or illegally high rate of interest charged. 3. Archaic. Interest charged or paid on a loan. (ME<Med.Lat.usuri, alteration of Lat. Usura<usus, (The American Heritage College Dictionary)
Key word here is Archaic. Because the Church changed it’s definition of the word, so the true definition became archaic. Nowhere in the Bible does it say excessive interest. Yes, I know what it means and I know what it meant.

The church doesn’t have to say that.The New Testament says plainly that Jesus associated with sinners.
Actually, “ludicrous” is the best word for anyone who comes along saying that he “has a word from the Lord” (proclaiming himself to be a prophet!) and then attempts to teach something contrary to the Word of God as you do. You’ve been shown you error Robert. Now it’s just sin.

This is totally untrue. I personally have shown you several times on this and other threads where you are in grave error and yet you persist in it.
In fact, I thought of you at Mass yesterday morning as I read over the Bible passages that we would hear. Here is the one that applies here.
Deuteronomy 18:15 The Lord thy God will raise up to thee a prophet of thy nation and of thy brethren like unto me: him thou shalt hear:
16 As thou desiredst of the Lord thy God in Horeb, when the assembly was gathered together, and saidst: Let me not hear any more the voice of the Lord my God, neither let me see any more this exceeding great fire, lest I die. 17 And the Lord said to me: They have spoken all things well. 18 I will raise them up a prophet out of the midst of their brethren like to thee: and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him. 19 And he that will not hear his words, which he shall speak in my name, I will be the revenger. 20 But the prophet, who being corrupted with pride, shall speak in my name things that I did not command him to say, or in the name of strange gods, shall be slain.

You have said that the Church (all christianity for that matter) now preaches a different version than that preached for the first 300 yrs. In other words christianity has apostasized.
Tell us what in your view, what have you been taught, has cuased christianity to teach a different version. What happened in the early part of the 300’s that cuased this apostacy.

Now the Church preaches a different version. For centuries it preached: (1 Corinthians 5:11) “What I wrote was that you should not associate with a brother Christian who is leading an immoral life, or is a usurer, or idolatrous, or a slander, or a drunkard, or is dishonest; you should not even eat a meal with people like that.”

If you would like to read the words of a modrn day prophet I suggest you read Martin Luther Kings “Letter from a Birmingham jail”. It is 8 pages long It is very prophetic. I always find it interesting that the mainstream media never mentions this document. Probably because it is full of references to God and Church. It applies to today.

The definition of “usury” has changed somewhat because the nature of money has changed a great deal since Biblical times.

I am a prophet and many have mocked and tried me, and I am far more likely to agree with you than any other in this thread. I have read your words before and you have more than just memorized the bible.
I put down the bible when I was about 13 and I picked up the word, and went into the world to prove the theories taught in the bible. 37 years later I have accomplished many, many, many times what Jesus did.
Jesus taught a simple message that seems very difficult for people with complex systems to understand. Jesus was a leader of simple people who understood him perfectly and witnessed his miracles.
The part of what Jesus said to do that is not heeded is the problem. From how I see the world operating systems, it is designed in the opposite manner that Jesus taught. Thus we have always reaped the opposite which is the fault of the Church and world leadership.
Basics Jesus preached, and I believe in are:
No lines on the map
No ownership of land
No moneychangers
Treat your neighbor as you would wish to be treated
and a few others, that is how simple this world is supposed to be.
“Here I am” is what I have been saying and demonstrating for all of my 50 years here on Earth. I have always been on the path you seek and the residue of performed miracles and superior capabilities I left behind is immense and verifyable. Had you only been awakened by the trials I went through at Y2K when I took on the judicial system of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All of your finest minds against me and I won on every point of view in 20 or so court appearances as a defendant. Blasphemy, defiance, prophecy and revelations were heavily explored by the prosecution just as was done to Jesus. They were not real happy that I parked my Chariot of fire in front of a tomb and accepted the courts challenge with a bow and arrows over my shoulder in front of their courthouse. And that was one of many, many, many times I have taken on those who Jesus also stood against.
That was after managing and rebuilding a large US company, coming in third in stock performance behind Micro Soft and EMC in the 90’s US buisiness world. I did not make any mistakes, or at least none that were considerable. Director, advisor, manager, engineer and healer all at the same time without even a secretary to assist me.
Stand behind me and your wars and pestilances will end very quickly, just as I have demonstrated many times before, from one side of the US to the other and back again. I have a success rate of over 99% based on about a thousand ongoing problems permanently solved by my direction.

I think what it all boils down to is this. Giver is upset that the world has not proclaimed him THE modern day prophet since he was sent here directly by Jesus. He is showing us that he is the truth and that we must run away from the CC. He is THE ONE CHOSEN TO LEAD US TO THE TRUTH. :bowdown2:He is Neo. :bigyikes:

I am and have been demonstrating, documenting, eluding to, and claiming to be as Jesus was, since I was a child. I am now 50 and I have outperformed all others, in all of time as a leader, performer and an athlete. A thousand or more people followed my lead out of chaos, destruction and failure into peace and prosperity. Several from many unions and big companies asked if I was the Christ and many recommended me for the presidentcy of ITT, Wonder Hostess and the US. The Marines were extremely impressed with my ability and put their first 50 Harrier aircraft under my direction, when I was 20. The long life part can only come when the world systems and people are unified behind me. I posted the best efficiency, profit, morale, quality and safety performances in the US as a manufacturing manager for several large companies. Once I understood Jesus, I realized how easy it was to outperform the other leaders whos ways I never used. I figure since all of them are going the wrong way I would go the opposite way and it worked to perfection.
Say what you want but the lord comes down from the clouds with a loud trumpet after he proves who he is. I suggest you look at the performance I left for you to examine, and put your pride and evil operating systems into the lake of fire.
Maybe you need a few million dots on the map to show you the extent of the damage your leaders are generating. China has just announced that 70% of their rivers and streams are polluted as a result of supporting the US trade market. And the US is the most polluted, destructive and inefficient nation on Earth, according to facts.
I on the other hand am the most efficient least destructive leader ever to walk the earth and no one ever complained about my decisions or my system reforms, which were in the thousands.That is a 100% success story verses your leaders at 0% success. I dont care what you think about me , I am and have been bold enough to stand against those who should not lead and the systems that Jesus said not to use. I am about 50 wins and no losses in judicial matters as both defendant and judge. Your dream teams have no chance against me in the court room and I am not even a college grad. In fact I finished last of 450 in high school, by intention.
