Uhmm, don’t cha mean, divide 4 by the number of the week?In Ordinary time divide the number of the week by four. If the remainder is one - week 1, two - week 2, 3 - week 3, zero - week 4.

2 divided by 4 = .5, not 0.
6 divided by 4 = 1.5

OK, now I remember, its called “Fuzzy Math.”Neither of you is wrong, you’re just both doing the math differently.
Just, his trick relies on figuring out the quotient and remainder, whereas your’s is more “precise.”
What he’s doing is dividing like you used to before you learned all of how division works. Basically, he divides but stops dividing before he gets to decimals. Whatever is “left over” is the remainder, which is what he’s talking about.
