Maybe we can start one? šŸ˜›

ā€œNon-Religious Catholic Slant Dailyā€

Couldn’t you just apply what you know about Catholicsm to news articles that you read?
There are blogs like that, but the other poster asked for a ā€œmajor news source.ā€ I don’t think such an animal exists. The best thing to do is read a variety of news sources and/or a select few sites where you can inform yourself. Sites like realclearpolitics are useful in that they gather together a lot of articles on political issues. Fill that in with a few blogs for analysis, and you can probably get pretty close to what you need.

One I’ve found useful is onenationundergod.org
it definitely has a catholic slant, and they definitely tell you who is not voting by Catholic standards. So, it’s not really very impartial, (they even have a sidebar, ā€œnot so Catholic politiciansā€) What I like about them is that they list bills that are up for vote or recently voted on and they show the voting records of those individuals. So if you want to know how a senator voted on a certain bill you can find the information. It also has links to documents from the church about voting, and citizenship, and links to news articles. It’s not perfect but I think it is a good resource for finding information about political issues that are important.
