A person goes about their “daily business” depending on their needs. For example, the daily business of a person living in Yemen or Syria would likely be the basic needs of survival and secuity while those of us lucky to be living in a western society would be more likely be involved in activities to satisfy our psychological and self-fulfulment needs.

We are the sum total of our experiences and what we choose, consciously and unconsciously, to do with those experiences. Where we are born and who our parents are largely determines the type of experiences we will likely have.
