The D-R, Confraternity, NAB, RSV-2CE use Virgin

The RSV-CE, Knox Bible, Jerusalem Bible, NJB, NABRE and CCB use Young Woman (or some equivalent)
The Knox and Jerusalem use Maid or Maiden respectively. I would put those two as a third category, rather than just lumping them in with the NABRE, NJB, and RSV-CE ‘young woman’. The term maiden has traditionally referred to a young woman who was still a virgin, so it is much more accurate than ‘young woman’, although not Mary’s traditional title.

Examples? A leather-bound 1949 Confraternity Catholic bible $1.99 at Goodwill. A VG/EX 1953 Belmont Abbey family bible on eBay for $4 and postage. Amazing bargains. Almost stealing. It’s a treasure hunt!
Just got back from the Methodist Church’s thrift shop, where I bought a Jerusalem Bible in very good condition for $3!!!

That might be the route for the OP to go. You could try a few Catholic translations, actually flip through them, and save a lot of money. And you could always donate back the ones that you won’t use. 👍

Far better that you are reading it than no one reading it!
