For maybe the last 25-30 years, it has been a rule that Republican candidates are social conservatives who are pro family values and anti abortion, and that Democrats are more socially liberal, pro homosexuality and pro choice. This may no longer be the case, however, as it seems the parties are changing and re-aligning their values to some extent.
I’m well-aware that this forum has a rule about not discussing political candidates.
Therefore, I’ll pose this question in the form of a children’s story.
