Never said that, nor have I seen that on any of these threads. Bush has been rightfully criticized for some of his policies.

We ought to be concerned about the White House and the IRS sharing confidential taxpayer information no matter what letter stands behind the pol’s name.

It seems characteristic of defense of the many charges leveled at Obama and his administration. It’s like the old lawyer’s advice…if the facts are against you, argue the law. If the law is against you, argue the facts. If they’re both against you pound on the table!

So far no one in the administration nor the media, much less here on CAF has provided any justification for engaging in what appears to be illegal activity. No one has questioned why Obama who first claimed that the IRS actions regarding certain organizations was outrageous and that it would be carefully investigated, has done everything possible to throw up obstacles and roadblocks to the investigation. He simply runs out the clock and with the media complicit in this technique avoided responding and responsibility for Benghazi and previously Fast & Furious. Thus he uses the same tactic for the IRS and NSA scandals. Krauthammer said he’s Barry Houdini as he’s made the whole Syrian crisis disappear as well.

On a more positive note, the media is starting to wake up to reality, that they are being restricted by what is a paranoid and secretive cabal that makes Nixon look like Jerry Springer.
