I became Catholic at the age of 23, so sadly my real names are not Catholic or that of my confirmation saints, but my confirmation saints are St. Benedict (Benedictus) and Mary (Maria). By the way, it is common for Dutch Catholic men have the name Mary as middle or third name. Is that strange in other countries?

I wear a medallion of St. George, his martyrdom inspires me. And I have a small devotion to St. Jude. But above all the Blessed Virgin, 99% of my prayers go to her.

St Bernadette, St Bonosa, and St Magnus are three that I have access to first class relics of. On Saturday at a local Dominican parish, after the noon Mass we venerate two relics of st Bernadette. Another parish has the full skeletal remains of St’s Bonosa and Magus intered under the side altars.
