These so called prophets claimed to have seen an angel and received revelations but their messages are different from each other. Who is more believable and why?

You asked who claimed to be the greatest prophet. Well, I know Joseph Smith claimed he was able to do what Jesus couldn’t (keep his Church together.) Did the other two make such a claim. I don’t know. Do I think that “claiming that he is the greatest” makes one a great prophet or even just a prophet? No.

** Well, I know Joseph Smith claimed he was able to do what Jesus couldn’t (keep his Church together.)**

Is that why the Mormonoid movement split over polygamy and who was to be the head of the Church when Joseph Smith died?

Like I said, I don’t think making the claim that he was the greatest, makes it so–or even makes him a real prophet.

When these so called prophets claimed to have seen an angel receiving a revelation then they must be thinking of being prophets. What makes it laughable is when all of their believers come in this forum they are like they have all the best sources in the world to prove they are right.

Well i prophocize Mahammed and Joseph Smith are nothing more than a couple of kooks who made up their own religion…
Now with this prophecy, does that make me a greater prophet than both of them?? 😛

Well, Manalo claimed to reestablish the Church that went into apostasy after the apostles died. So basically he said Jesus didn’t pick good enough followers. I don’t think he made any comparisons vis-a-vis Jesus otherwise.

Muhammad claimed to be greater than Jesus, but denied Jesus’ divinity, so he claimed to be a better man than Jesus.

Smith accepted Jesus’ divinity, AND claimed to be greater, so thus he claimed to be greater than God. So I’d say that Smith made the most outrageous claim.

Felix Manalo is the founder of the Iglesia ni Cristo in the Philippines and they are getting bigger expanding where many filipinos are building big churches. The Manalos are very influencial in the Philippines and are very wealthy. They follow arianism, and criticized catholics for many ways.

There are several modern prophets who all claim to be better and bigger than all the prophets put together in the OT. Just switch on your black box and you will see.

Sectarianism is rising. What is baffling is that instead of realizing the errors of private interpretation, they are church/temple/mosque- hopping. I mean, how much more sillier can it/they get/become?

All these preach a different gospel that was given to us by the letters and or oral Tradition from the apostles.

I believe the greatest prophet of all these is their founder, if each one denies Jesus in his full truth, then all these can come from the greatest prophet from the other side the father of lies himself. Each one of these self claim prophets have blood stained hands.

No one can top Apollo Quiboloy; he claims to be the Son of God. 😃
