Maybe St Claude de la Colombiere? He wrote a beautiful prayer called Act of Confidence in God. This is very much linked to hope. Maybe also St Faustina, because God spoke to her about His Mercy.

Any saint is fine. Or Our Lord, Mary, the Holy Spirit.

One can even pray the Rosary with the intention of securing hope.

Personally I ask Mary to pray for me that I never lose hope.

You can add the intention of an increase of hope in a morning offering prayer.

This is my own version of a morning offering. There might be other one(s).
