Any saint is fine. Or Our Lord, Mary, the Holy Spirit.

One can even pray the Rosary with the intention of securing hope.

Personally I ask Mary to pray for me that I never lose hope.

Hi,

You can add the intention of an increase of hope in a morning offering prayer.

This is my own version of a morning offering. There might be other one(s).
Jesus, today I offer all my prayers, joys, works, through the Immaculate Hear, and in union with all the Holy Masses offered today, for the sufferings for the conversion of sinners, the salvation of souls, the reunion of all Christians, [you can add:for those in poverty and war, for the virtues of Faith, **hope
, and love, for the graces we stand the most in need of, for final penitence and Last Rites] for the reparation of my sins, and the intentions of Pope Francis this month

You can also pray for the virtue of Hope by an Act of Hope:
O my God, relying on Your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of Your grace and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

If you want, here is an examination of conscience that lists a virtue every month. It gives a clear list of mortal, venial sins, gives ways to grow in a specific virtue, and gives an aspiration prayer to say for every virtue. For the virtue of hope, the month for that is February
