it isn’t a competition really…more a sadness that movies like: casablanca or gone with the wind were the ‘gold’ standard of what was ‘classic’…NOW movies like: the breakfast club and fast times at ridgemont high are promoted as such.
the ‘class’ is missing.

I guess I’m operating from the Christian understanding of self-knowledge. Become the person God had in mind when he created you, not a copy of some one else.
So it is with popular teachers such as, Fr. Corapi and Scott Hahnn. They are who they are and will be known for who they are, not how close they came to Fulton Sheen.
