Who knows that I am already a true follower of JesusYeshuaIssaChrist, a true follower of Muhammad, a true follower of the PromisedMessiah 1838-1908?

I find no contradiction in that as they all are from one source GodAllahYHWH.

Being an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim, I find myself in the center of the circle of faiths/denominations/religions brought by Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Moses,Jesus and Muhammad.

In humility and humbleness we are the best part of them and one in them.

Love for all hatred for none.

I think youā€™re making yourself the spokesman for Church doctrine, it is simply a fallacy that you canā€™t be pro-death penalty and a good Catholic, thatā€™s a fact.

You need to show me where one canā€™t be pro-death penalty and in good standing with the Catholic Church?

Iā€™m leaving the CC anyway, so I guess the point is moot. But that still doesnā€™t change the point that one can be pro-death penalty and in good standing with the CC. Thatā€™s a factā€¦

Any secularist at all would be wonderful to convert to Catholicism, as long as they practiced it correctly. Imagine, Richard Dawkins, Catholic again! :eek: Back from the crypt of atheism! Itā€™s kinda freaky, but itā€™d still be amazing.

If you are referring to the death penalty discussion that has developed in this thread then I disagree that it is ruining anything.

A couple of people have erroneously stated that a Catholic cannot support the death penalty - even going so far as to state that Catholics who support the death penalty are not in communion with the Pope and that they are cafeteria Catholics.

Of course it would seem that our Holy Father disagrees. As have many popes and Saints:

ā€œNot all moral issues have the same moral weight as abortion and euthanasia. There may be a legitimate diversity of opinion even among Catholics about waging war and applying the death penalty, but not however with regard to abortion and euthanasia.ā€

(Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, 2004 A.D., letter to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, #3 )

When someone makes a statement about the Catholic faith that is wrong (whether made in good faith or in bad faith) then we have an obligation to correct it.
