Acquisition of Israeli Nationality

Israel’s Nationality Law relates to anyone wishing to settle in Israel, as well as those already residing or born there, regardless of race, religion, creed, sex or political beliefs. Citizenship may be acquired by:
**Birth **
The Law of Return
**Residence **
**Naturalization **

I don’t see anything here that would forbid a Christian from applying for citizenship.

neither do I:D
I figured it would be easier to go to the source to get the correct info then having all of us assume things.

there were approximately 12 million people exterminated by the Nazis…about 5 to 6 million were Jews and seven million of them were Christians…clergies were ushered into the gas chambers for denouncing Hitler’s “final solution”…and never forget what the Pope did for the Jews in Rome…to deny the holocoust is like spitting on the graves of these modern day martyrs…both protestants and Catholics…

My nephew’s mother is Christian and his father is Jewish and he would not be welcomed in Israel.
It’s the loss to Israel, but still, that annoys me.
At least in Israel they don’t chop your head off.

Yet, Israel will not allow Christians to become citizens, even if they have Jewish ancestry. How free is that society really? And how can I support a Nation that has basically outlawed Christianity to her citizens? The Church did not recognize Israel as a State for about 50 years because the theology of the modern State of Israel is in conflict with Church teachings.
According to website of Israel Minister of Foreign Affairs, Israel’s Nationality Law relates to anyone wishing to settle in Israel, as well as those already residing or born there, regardless of race, religion, creed, sex or political beliefs.
