It is the goal of the New World Order to destroy Christian morality. They want it replaced with secular morality. The New World Order created communism to carry out this goal. Communism calls for the striking down of the old order. They want to replace it with a leftist utopia without God.

This goes along with Marx’s theories. Marx predicted that his materialistic philosophy would be the final stage of civilization. Decadence goes along with materialism. The United States is traveling down the road of leftism.

I’m as pro life as I can be but when I see a single mother going on the news and complaining about society not taking care of her and her 15 kids I want to vomit. A lot of people who don’t touch birth control also have no restraint when it comes to their sexuality and that is not fair to the children.

I agree with you 100%, but if we recognize this, surely the CC does too, why are they not more vocal about this? Why are they not buying air time, to make sure people get the real message?

The mainstream media and secular world is succeeding in all of this because the church as a whole is not very direct in these things anymore, it seems they avoid coming out in absolute opposition to the secular powers in almost every topic these days, and when they do talk about it, its vague references, alluding to things, etc…???

Pope Francis had the perfect platform on his US visit, with all the mainstream cameras on him, to address things like this, when he knew everyone would be watching and listening, but what did he choose to do instead…again, it was vague references, alluding to things, etc.

Ive said it before, it was very telling how everyone, including the mainstream leftists, were so overjoyed with his visit…that should be setting off alarms in our minds! but when he did not say anything they disagreed with, of course they are going to be happy and content. It would have been far better had majority of the mainstream been unhappy with his visit…that would mean, more people got the real message.

We now know that homosexuality will be well tolerated in the secular world. We also know that there are going to be other big changes coming, but trust me, religious liberty will remain intact. Of course there may be some gray areas where the Church may have to develop tolerance, such as not being able to fire a teacher just because he or she turned out to be gay; but religious liberty in the bigger picture will persevere and will become a safe harbor for many who discover that homosexuality is abnormal, as are some of the heterosexual acts, such as sodomy. Trust me again that the world cannot survive without the Church.

As I have mentioned many times in other posts, we live in a world of good and evil, and not good versus evil which implies two Gods and therefore a heresy. The Holy Spirit is good, and he will guide us through the mighty storm that is now taking place in the world.

That is your problem. You see everything in black and white. There are many people who follow almost all the teachings of the church, and do not follow some of them. For you they are “heretics”. I disagree about religious liberty, I truly believe at some point, christianity will be illegal in the US and probably many other nations too (but not all), Id say definitely within the next 100 yrs.

The bible warns us about these times too, and what to look out for…many of these things are already happening. God also said he would send a ‘deception’ to the church, so even the elect would believe the lie, in other words, they will preach a false doctrine at some point and most people will fall for it hook line and sinker.

There are verses about God warning us about times where the faithful would be put to the test, he said many would be tortured, killed, arrested, imprisoned, due to his name. He warns us we must never deny our faith, no matter how bad it gets or what we are threatened with.

Rise up? Awaken, certainly. I’ll look to the Church for proper moral guidance. I also wonder if the approach of the early Christians will be necessary. I feel that in the times ahead we may be called to witness as they did, and through non-violence at that. It was in this way they converted a pagan, hostile empire.

It would be necessary to rise up to protect our unalienable rights. The Founding Fathers did this against the mighty British Empire.

No one would rise up if they believed the government was doing a good thing. That is how it was in Nineteen Eighty-Four. The people believed the government was doing good things because the government controlled all the information.

Don’t be so pessimistic. No one is out to “force” you to become bisexual or homosexual. No one wishes to “make” you engage in cohabitation. No one wants you to embrace abortion or use contraceptive methods.

As someone has already pointed out, the “problem” (or course it is not really a “problem”) comes from WITHIN. Most Christians denounce the ultra-conservative teachings, because they see it irrational… not because some nebulous “enemy” forces them to do so. Gone are the times when the parents could “convince” the kids that masturbation causes blindness. The lies propagated by the “authorities” are not convincing. Of course it is easy to blame the “enemy” for their propaganda. It is not so easy to accept the facts and admit that your time is gone.

Don’t be a sore loser. Christianity is alive and well, and it will flourish for a long time. Only your take on Christian sexual ethics is being abandoned by the ever-growing percentage of Christians. But then again there are still people who believe in the flat-Earth theory. There is no wacky idea that cannot get a handful of followers. And NO ONE persecutes them.

The cultural war is largely lost. Large numbers of Christians have simply surrendered to it, resulting in the social problems mentioned above. In addition declining fertility rates all over the West foretell the sinking of western civilization and its replacement by something else. Whether a decadent society can work up the energy to reverse that process is in doubt.

Oh, the Church will survive, of course. That’s a foregone conclusion. The Church will survive. But there is no guarantee that Christian culture will survive. Large parts of it have already disappeared. The Church can survive in a collapsed civilization; it can survive in a barbaric civilization. In those instances, it will be the Church’s job to rebuild the culture and the civilization, as it has done in the past.

I don’t say that the culture war is irretrievably lost. It is a war of ideas, and often, bad ideas drive out the good. But good ideas can also rebuild a culture.

To quote Daniel Greenfield again: "Decadence in a civilization can be reversed. While the barbarian civilization must evolve upward, the decadent civilization must undo the damage that is devolving it. This is easier than it seems. Unlike the barbarian civilization, the decadent civilization has most of the same infrastructure, physical and mental, of the vigorous civilization. Only its ideas have become corrupted. And ideas can be healed.
