Okay, so I feel pretty comfortable on defending Catholicism from atheists and Protestants. However, I feel that I am lacking when defending Christianity compared to things like Islam, Hinduism, and Judaism. Does anyone have any good points and advice when making an argument for Christianity in general. If there are also any good videos, writings, or Christian apologists you could reference me to, that would be great as well.

Well, we can take a cursory look at some of the major religions:
Judaism - Christianity is the continuation of Judaism under the new covenant. They are still waiting for the Messiah.
The prestigious Buddhist magazine has this to say about Buddhism: “It is etiologically incorrect to refer to Buddhism as a religion.” Well, that rules that out, as a religion I mean.
Islam - Muhammad claimed only to be a mortal messenger of God; he also pointed out that he was in fact inferior to Jesus since Jesus could do what Muhammad openly stated, could not: Koran - Table V110 speaks of Jesus healing the blind, the lepers and raising the dead.
Zoroastrianism - kind of difficult to follow this religion since it can be located in only a few places on the planet.
Confucius, Chinese philosopher, 551-479 B.C. He did not found a religion. When asked about life after death, he said: “How can we know about death, when we do not even know about life?”
Christianity- Jesus boldly claimed what no other religion leader dares to do: He claims to be God and the Savior of the entire human race. He performed miracles defied death and fulfilled OT prophecies. Jesus said that His church would began in Jerusalem, then into Judea and Sumeria and eventually to the ends of the earth, and that is exactly what we see today. Another prophecy fulfilled.
Of course I respect all religions, but feel strongly that Jesus is the way the truth and the life for people of all religions. After all Jesus wants every person regardless of religion, to realize what He did for them.
Many folks from different religions were simply raised by their parents to believe what they believe and are never really given the opportunity to be exposed to Christianity and the CCC has this to say about those wonderful, no doubt God-fearing people:
CCC - Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience -
those too may achieve eternal salvation.337
