Why did God create the different races?

I have known many people from various “races” and have found no substantive difference related to race.

They aren’t “living in an infantile fantasy world.” If that were the case, they wouldn’t keep complaining about inequality and discrimination. They’re very much grounded in the real world and pointing out problems. If they locked themselves away in some commune to live out an utopian dream, no one would complain. It’s the fact that they’re recognizing evil and protesting it that makes people angry.

But if pointing out evil in the world and demanding change is wrong, then I guess Jesus and His Church have been wrong for the last 2000 years.

The fantasy is practical equality. That’s what leads leftists to shriek about “discrimination” when certain groups don’t perform as well as others.

It appears God favors diversity within His creation…

Your race is based on which location in the world you were born in/what race your parents are. In the beginning man kind only lived in the Fertile Crescent in the Middle East. Then as people began moving to other location in they world their genetics started to change to adapt to the environment. Example would be people with dark skin who’s ansesters came from Africa/are still in Africa. There skin is dark because of the harsh sun and the skin acts like a natural sun screen. We are not that much different from animals in that sense. So god didn’t technically “create” different races since we are all realated by Adam and Eve, different groups of people went different places and we adapted.

Yes

Do not think however that we have stopped evolving. We humans as a species continue to adapt and change to keep up with the changing environment.

If the only thing you changed was skin color and the population density, lack of resources, and policies were otherwise the exact some… pretty much

Assume the current “policies” are also removed.

Well, then you destroy the premise of your question. How much change would be related to race and how much change would be related to policy decisions? And, on what logical basis could you measure these disparate changes?

Prove it. How does one determine the “mentality of a race”?

Are you equating values and moralities to genes?

Like some races are more predisposed to criminality and such?

Sounds like eugenics to me and right up Margaret Sanger’s alley.

By the way you cannot attribute traits to people due to genes the way you attribute traits to purebred dogs. First of all, purebred dogs have had tightly controlled breeding by the breeders. Can’t say the same for people.

Just look at the abundance and, sometimes, sheer strangeness of nature. We clearly have a God who absolutely delights in diversity. Diverse colors, races, body shapes, etc–God loves all his creation and has created all human beings in His image. No matter what we look like, we look like God!
Now that’s incredible…

Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, and all those other impoverished Eastern European territories don’t seem to have benefited much from being populated by white people.

God created the different races for the same reason He created the different trees and flowers, the different plants and animals, and the many colours of the rainbow.

Because variety is one of the joys of life.

Actually, scientists believe that fair skin is the mutation, not dark skin. In climates with less sunlight–like those in Europe–people needed to be able to absorb more sunlight more quickly and thus the lighter skin evolved.

To challenge nationalists in the 21st century.
Inform yourself as to how this is going.

Race is a social construct to divide human beings.
there was a controversial article in the new york times about this a month or two ago. the difference between people with different skin color or facial differences – genetically – is very slight. We’re all nearly 100% the same.
