I have known many people from various “races” and have found no substantive difference related to race.

Well, then you destroy the premise of your question. How much change would be related to race and how much change would be related to policy decisions? And, on what logical basis could you measure these disparate changes?Assume the current “policies” are also removed.
there was a controversial article in the new york times about this a month or two ago. the difference between people with different skin color or facial differences – genetically – is very slight. We’re all nearly 100% the same.Race is a social construct to divide human beings.
