NO, they may be demonic.
When I was an atheist, I too didn’t believe in the supernatural.
When I was younger, I lived in a house which has been in my family for decades. It is a secret in my family that it is “haunted.” As a skeptic, I tried to keep my opinions to myself.
However…
When I moved there, I saw it for myself. And I don’t mean little things either, like seeing a shadow at night.
I mean things like levitation from my bed, doors slamming into me multiple times, seeing apparitions, objects flying. I remember one time, for example, my dog died. Several days later, I woke up to a growling sound. At the foot of my bed, was an *apparition *of my dead dog, foaming at the mouth, showing his teeth at me.
(There was even one time when I honestly think I may have been possessed. I saw a Bible in my sister’s room, and out of nowhere, I was filled with this intense hatred and anger for God( I actually yelled, "F*** God, Mary was raped, etc.), so, for no reason, I tore up the pages. It was strange, because this came out of nowhere. Even though at the time I was an atheist, I still would never do something like that to my sister or anybody for that matter.)
Everybody in my family knows about this house. We don’t talk about in public for obvious reasons. (As a matter of fact, the only reason I talk here about it is because I can remain anonymous.)
I know that you may not believe it, and may even write it off as hallucinations or whatever, but it is true. You can afford to do that, because you have the luxury of not having had to face such horror, and that’s fine.
Besides,* I know where you are coming from.* (sucks when people are condescending, huh?)
(I say that claims of miracles from other faiths are demonic, because one you know the “mark” of the beast, it is pretty easy to recognize it in society!)
