The above accounts from the very Bible conclusively prove that the alleged miracle birth of Jesus is merely a myth. Nevertheless, we have not solved the mystery; in fact, our dilemma has just begun because we find nothing about Jesus’ alleged childhood and/or youth, until he appears on the scene as an adult perhaps in his late twenties or early thirties. Christian scholars have different opinions based on pure guesswork and not facts. no, i was baptised a protestant when i was born… the large majority of my family, however, were/are catholic. my father’s mom converted to protestantism from catholicism before my father was born. my mom who was catholic converted to protestantism as well. i attended catholic schools at the beginning and then again at the end of my schooling - attending public schools in between.

well, that’s going on the premise that what you’re upon in terms of beliefs and faith are the truth.

let me ask you something, have you ever searched for the truth? or have you always believed that what you’re upon is the truth? did you believe, then seek to back up your belief or did you seek to find the truth, then believe in it when you found it?

this is what i did. i saw what i was upon to be falsehood. i saw the reasons why my grandmother left one christian sect for another and saw them as valid and legitimate reasons, thus i did not turn to the direction from which she came from. instead i looked elsewhere… my search, praise be to Allah, lead me to islam. you believe i stepped from the light into the dark, i know i stepped from the dark into the light - and every single thing i’ve witnessed since embracing islam as my way of life has solidified that belief and faith.

perhaps you should read a proper biography of the man you make these claims against. prophet muhammad lived a humble life and one of poverty - only taking what was essential from this world. there were periods where his household didn’t see meat or even the cooking flame, only eating bread and drinking water. yes, he had many wifes… but so did prophet solomon - in fact it’s said that he had up to 1000 women (both wifes and concubines combined). prophet abraham himself had 2… does that make them evil for having more than 1 wife? would you criticise them like you do prophet muhammad?

btw, it’s not just the word of one man, it’s his word along with the word of all those who accompanied him, those who followed in their footsteps after them, and most importantly, the word of the miracle that is the Quran, which unless you’ve read in totality in the language it was revealed, will never ever get savour what true revelation tastes like.

you should try reading some of the biographies of prophet muhammad’s companions. you’ll find the very same with some of them (one example is aboo hurairah, who was among the poorer companions. another was aboo bakr, prophet muhammad’s closest comanions who was a wealthy man, but lived a simple life giving all he had away in charity for God’s sake).

simply put:

1. pure, unadulterated monotheistic faith. a God who has no equals, no partners, does not beget and was not begotten and most importantly, a God is living and never dies.
2. it answered all the questions i had that were left unanswered by christianity as a whole. and its beliefs made a whole lot more sense than the stuff i believed in before.
3. the constant connection with God a muslim has through prayer and remembrance.

yes, his miracle, which was bestowed to him by Allah. and he was illiterate. he didn’t write anything. and the Quran is its own proof. try reading it one time. you might actually like it.

Islam is a beautiful religion indeed, I always find it fascinating to read about converts to Islam because many of us who are born into Islam take it for granted and are complacent, but most Reverts I have met are active and energetic when it comes to the faith.

Where is the beauty in Islam? It certainly isn’t “beautiful” towards those it persecutes or those who want to leave its trap. Muslims even kill each other with glee. Where is the beauty in the life of a man who lived a very immoral life, who looted caravans, who raped, who had people assassinated simply because they saw through his fraudulent claims as “prophet” and wrote satyrical poems about him? Where is the beauty of a “holy” book that is filled with hatred and violence against those who don’t accept Islam and Muhammad? Only someone who has been deceived by Muhammad’s redefinition of sin, would see beauty in such horrors.

Very few outside of Islam see it as a beautiful religion. Any beauty and righteousness found in it is overshadowed by the manifest violence that is present in its beliefs and that is unique to Islam when compared to any other religion.

Just to note that there are no exhortations to violence in the New testament of the bible, and Jesus acted in the full spirit of non-violence that is the mark of all true prophets of God. (Of course Jesus is God the Son but the same principle applies to the prophets)

The ONLY way for a Muslim to be sure to go to Paradise is by becoming a MARTYR. In Islam, being a martyr does not mean accepting death so as not to deny your faith. It means accepting death through a way that helps you kill as many non-muslim people as possible. Then u go to Paradise, a place full of virgin gorgeous women to sleep with. In other words, Allah has prepared an orgy in Paradise.
If you are a woman, sorry nothing is specified for you in the Quran, no sexy men in paradise (sorry for being rude but people have to open their eyes and discover what Islam is).
Here is more about Muhammad. He once attacked a Jewish tribe and, as usual, killed all the men and male children and left the girls and women alive to be taken as slaves (including sexual slaves). He had two women but then he saw Sawfiah, a pretty Jewish girl whom he fell in love with. He decided to exchange his two Jewish women with the warrior who had the pretty girl.
Muhammad did not wait a lot before sleeping with her. the same night, while he was in the tent sleeping with Sawfiah, he saw one of his soldiers going round the tent. The next day he asked him why he did that and the soldier answered saying that he feared for his Prophet’s life as this girl could have killed him to avenge his father, brothers and husband whom they killed the day before.
remeber that Jesus said that whoever kill by the sword will be killed by the sword.
I’m sure many Muslims do not know that about their religion.
I have many Muslim friends whom i do appreciate a lot.
Some really want to please God and do as much as they can to reach that goal.
In deciding to write this, I’m not aiming at hurting any Muslim person.
God loves all manking and our Lord Jesus was given as a sacrife for our sins so that we can be purified and not go to Hell. Jesus and his sacrifice are our salvation.
The only true God cannot have created hell for us to go there. Hell is the result of Satan, the Demon who lies, who seduces.
Some Muslims refer to our Lord Jesus’ sayings when he claims that he will not let us alone and orphans but will send the Holy Ghost afetr he departs, to say that, in this passage, our Lord Jesus is talikng about Muhammad. It is not true, Jesus is talikng about the Holy Ghost.
Muslim people think that the Christians are heretics since they believe God is three people. In fact they think that the trinity is God, Mary and Jesus. In other words, God slept with Mary. This is NONSENSE. God sent the Holy Ghost on Mary so that she could bear Jesus. Mary accepted, she could have refused.
Besides, by doing the will of God and following Christ, we can become the sons and daughters of God (it is not a genetic relation to God but a spiritual one). This means that God accepted to become human to save for one reason : he LOVES us and he does not want us to go to Hell. God’s love to me makes me feel free and so happy.
This image of Trinity can be found in the New testament when John, the cousin of Jesus, baptises him : a dove came on Jesus’s head (it was the incarnation of the Holy Ghost) and God’s voice could be heard saying this my beloved son, listen to him.
I do understand people in Western countries who can feel disgusted by other people who calim to be Christians and who act badly, but please, do not look at Christians if you want to know what Christianity is, LOOK AT CHRIST, HIS LIFE , AND HIS MESSAGE.
In the same way, if u r Muslim, look at your prophet’s life to know what islam is, do you want to follow a mman who spent his life in Jihad? (PS : The crusades have been a violation of our Lord’s teachings as Jesus said : love your enemies, bless those who persecute you. The christians who killed during the Crusades misbehaved and will have to justify what they did the Last Day of Judgement).

Let’s come back to Muhammad : even in the most reliable hadith, we read that Muhammed was not sure of being forgiven by Allah whereas, even in the Quran Jesus (or the prophet ISA) is said to be sinless and not to be born from a man but from the will of God.

I can read Arabic as I have Arabic origins.
I know that in the USA, many black people are turning to Islam because they think it is the religion of black people : believe me, Arabic pople can be extremely racist toward the Blacks.
The Arabic word “Abd” which means “slave” (Abdallah, for example, means, slave of Allah) is also used to refer to black people. Even the arabic language betray this shameful behaviour.

Since I truly understood that Jesus is my saviour and accepted him into my life (though I still betray him and act in way that is shameful to him) I feel free.

I am now praying for all my Muslim brothers and sisters who are truly wanting to please God so that they could meet Jesus through the Holy Ghost.

I decided to join the Evangelic Church but i do love all my Christian brothers and sisters whatever denomination they come from.

Sorry for having bothered u with this long message but I just wanted to answer to a certain Mr Gonzalez who have chosen to leave Christianity. Don’t be afraid, u won’t be killed for leaving Christianity but think of that : if You were a Muslim who decides to leave Islam, you will be under islam’s sword (meaning you will be killed).
I will be praying for you and all your family Mr Gonzalez.

I’ve just registered in this forum because I was interested in your articles about Muslims who became Christians.
I must apologize for my English, it is very bad and I hope u’ll be tolerant with me on this point.Frecnh and Arabic are my mother tongue.

I wanted to point out a few things on Islam’s prophet, Muhammad.
Muhammad married his first wife Khadija while he was still young. In fact she was older than him (15 years older) and she had been married before him to other men.

Khadija was a wealthy woman who owned caravans. These caravans used to go to Syria and the whole Mid-Esat to trade with the people there.
In saudi Arabia, few vegetables could grow and the saudis had to trade with other people in order to eat.

Muhammad who early became an orphan had been hired by Khadija to lead her caravans.
He did pretty good job and Khadija fell in love with him.

They married although khadija’s family disagreed with this marriage.
Only her uncle (if I remember well, this man’s name was Wraqa Bin Neufal, but I have to check for this last point) agreed wit this marriage and did everything he could to have Muhammad marry Khadija.
Khadija’s uncle was an ebionist. At that time, the ebionists were a Christian sect that believed in the Lord Jesus but refused to admit that he was crucified (let aside the fact that he resurrected). Islam (Muhammad) later claimed the same: the Lord Jesus is a great prophet but was not crucified (though nowadays, even historians and even the Jews do NOT DENY this fact because it is historic!!!).

When Muhammed started hearing voices in the cave were he used to go and meditate, he came back to his wife Khadija. He was afraid and was saying he heard a Djin (meaning a Devilish spirit) talking to him. Khadija, along with her uncle, convinced Muhammad that itthe voice was from a divine inspiration.
At first, Muhammad was persecuted by people from Mecca and especially by his tribe, the Koraïchites beacause they refused his claiming there was no other Allah but Allah (La ilaha illal Allah). He had a few disciples and they were rejected from their tribes, they were even starving but Muhammad could do no miracles to feed them (remerber Jesus multiplied the bread and fish).
Khadija died and Muhammad decided to go to Medina (it was the Hijra : the migration). There, he became a leader by allying to one of the strongest tribe and he became a true warrior.
Shortly after, he married Aïsha who was only six. He will sleep with her once she is nine (so please do not wonder anymore why Iranian people, for example, believe that a girl can be married at the age of 9. They are doing nothing wrong according to their religion as they are just following the example of their prophet).
Muhammad, leading an army now, decided to go back to Mecca.
Although his army was inferior in number to the warriors of Mecca, Muhammad’s army was better trained and they won the battle.
From that time, Muhammad who used to talk about peace and equality between all “Ahl el kitab” (the people of the Book, referring to the Christians and the Jews), started asking for blood.
All the non believers had to be killed (fetch them and kill them unless they accept Allah and his Prophet).
the Christians and the Jews who refused the Prophet of Allah had to be humiliated and pay taxes.
In the end, Muhammad will have 11 wives, not including the slave women he slept with.
each time they would attack a tribe, he will encourage his men to take tributes (that is to take everything that belonged to the vainquished) and would ask for 20% for himself.
Muhammad had adopted a son (Zaid) who was married to Zaynab.
One day, Muhammad came into Zaid’s place and it was Zaynab who opened the door. This woman was so pretty that Muhammad fell in love with her.
Zaynab felt this, so she became awful with her husband Zaid and Zaid went to see Muhammad and asked him if he could divorce his wife. First Muhammad told his son to go back to his wife, then, one day, he said he heard the voice of Allah in the cave ordering him to marry Zayanb.
So Zaynab became one of Muhammad’s wives and was awful with the other wives saying that if she was Muhammad’s wife it was due to the will of Allah whereas all other spouses were given to Muhammad by their own families.
Do you know that in Islam you have no hope of being saved? In fact, Allah created Hell so that he can put people there in it. Besides, for the Muslims when a woman is pregnant, an angel comes and decides (according to Allah’s will) whether the child to be born will go to Paradise or Hell. So if u r meant to go to Hell, whatever u do, u’ll go to hell and if u r meant to go to Paradise, whatever u do, u’ll go to Paradise.

sure… you could say that about prophet muhammad. that doesn’t necessitate that it’s true. his miracle (the Quran) and the authentically attributed narrations from trustworthy and reliable people concerning his life speak for themselves and attest to his prophethood. you choosing to reject that doesn’t harm it in the least, nor does it invalidate any of it. as Allah, honoured and dignified, says in the Quran, “so if they belie you, then indeed messengers before you were belied. they came with clear evidences, the scriptures and the enlightening Book.” (3:184).

I wanted to answer ur question, I am Arabic.
I was born in an Arabic speaking country and i’ve learnt both literary Arabic and the arabic of my native country (which we call dialectal Arabic).

I’ve read a lot about Muhammad especially from “Sahih el Boukhari”.
All I can tell u is that this man spread the ideology of islam through the sword.

In case you want to know more about this man, you can read the hadith (there are translations in English).

All I can tell you is that many Muslims in Arabic countries do not exactly know what Islam is. If u want to question the Quran and analyse it u cannot.
The only answer given to u is “Allah 3alim” meaning God knows.

before reading the hadith, I would advice the bbook “Jeus and muhammad” from Mark Gabriel.
He is an Egyptian who used to teach in Al-Azhar university (it is the most prestigious Islamic university in the world).
He was asking himself many questions he could not find any satisfying answer to in the Quran. He was able to recite the whole Quran (he knewit by heart) at the age of 12.
He then read a Bible that a Coptic Egyptian pharmacist gave him and he decided to become Christian.

He was first rejecetd by other Christian people but he trusted the Lord Jesus and he changed his name into Mark Gabriel.

this man is sentenced to death by the organization “Muslim brothers” (les frères musulmans in French). Maybe one day they will find him and kill him.

I do love muslim people, they are not the problem.
The problem is the violence coming from Muhammad.

As Christians our duty is to pray for the whole Muslim world, all these people who want to please the Lord to come to the truth.
The Lord knows hom to tough their heart.
