Good thing you discovered this “hidden knowledge” that God has kept secret from the rest of the world. You ever heard of the Gnostics? I really think you have some things in common. Yes, God does love you, but he loves everyone else too. He would not keep the entire world in darkness of his truth. The New Covenant was to be spread to the whole world and to include both Jews and Gentiles, so that ALL could come to the knowledge of the truth. For this reason, Christ commissioned his apostles and gave them authority over the Church, and they spread his truth and hand picked others to continue their mission. The gates of hell cannot prevail against this Church that Christ founded. Not a church of hidden knowledge only consisting of a select few, but a Catholic (“universal”) Church to which all people are obliged to enter, though most do not. What do you make of the fact that Christ explicitly said that “few will be saved”? There are more references to hell in Scripture than there even are of heaven. But I’m guessing you have to disregard the Scriptures or at least explain them away since they do not agree with your own personal theories. .
Question? Up and until Abraham, was there any knowledge of who or what God was?
Would you say it was hidden?
Enter: Jesus of prophecy
Now, the world is granted the secret of who or what God is.
Prior to that He was just “I am”.
But Jesus demonstrated who God is by His love for mankind, unconditionally.
That is what the whole bible is about.
Gods name to us is Jesus.
Mat 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Speaking of which, where did you get these ideas from? Did you come up with them on your own or did you learn them from somewhere else? I mean no disrespect. I’d just like to know what is the source of your ideas>>>una fides
I sought after answers to my many questions in prayer and meditations as God searched my heart and gave me the path to take to arrive there.
I’ll credit some friends who came by my place to discuss certain spiritual issues with determined attitudes of conquering to their point of view:
my upbringing experiences including the Catholic Church, the Baptist Church, the non-denomination churches:
books on end time scenarios, the Jewish bible, the Matthew Henry commentary edition, studies in Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witness, Seventh day Adventist, occult beliefs:
And observations of current events on the religious world which reflect the spiritual conditions of the management.
All that has brought me to my current understandings and one in which I am greatly honored to have, because it has opened up a new world of understanding the reasons for the diversity of the worlds religions.
Before, I saw it through my own eyes and my own understanding and in which brought division.
Now, I see it through Gods eyes as He sees us and see unity in the spirit of love.
To me there are no differences with respect to the souls of mankind, for they were/are/will be and are all purchased with the blood of Christ.
If one comes from a point of view, say Catholic view, or the Protestant view, there will be division, and at times may be so severe that would lead to murder in the name of God.
Is it Gods fault? Absolutely not!
We are responsible for our own actions.
