Why does 1 Corinthians 6:9 say that homosexuals will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven?

The Church supported slavery and now it doesn’t…
Dead unbaptised babies went to limbo for 800 years but now they don’t…
His Holiness has received a filial correction on seven counts of heresy…
49% of 18-24s are not 100% heterosexual…

You do the maths.

I give the Church two generations and that is being generous.

The Church never supported slavery, that’s a lie.

The Church never dogmatically taught that dead unbaptised babies go to limbo, that was a pious belief that fell under Theologoumena, theological opinion not established dogma - which, as it was in the past, is still a legimate opinion to either agree to or disagree with.

The Holy Father has not “received correction on seven counts of heresy”. He has been falsely accused by some of heresy but it is calumny, slander, and lies.

The Church, since the first century, and Judaism before that, always taught that sodomy was a sin. It is established dogma that homosexual sex is sinful. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Church to change on that - it will literally never happen, ever.

And that will be its downfall…

The Church does not partake in marketing and PR, only evangelization of souls.

Besides, we have the obligation of conforming ourselves to the Church, not the other way around.

No - that will be the downfall of those who embrace sin.

You don’t think the Barque of Peter has weathered more ferocious storms than the modern American homosexual issue?

The Church will be here long after people forget what LGBT means.

If you have a couple of hours free:

An intellectual debate before an audience 2100 people. The motion: “The Catholic Church is a Force for Good”

I don’t need to spend hours of my life watching a YT video to know the Church is a force for Good and those who oppose her, whether wittingly or not, are doing the bidding of the evil one.

What are we trying to prove here? The Bible clearly condemns homosexual sex and no one can change God’s eternal word

Only one of the seven churches in Revelation receives full praise and positive future and even those in Philadelphia would end up being pillars in a temple in the same way Lot’s wife became a pillar. They were all following the Bible…

Also the Church could never accept homosexual sex as something equal or acceptable considering it closes the possibility of life being created, which is why we have reproductive organs.

The Church will be aided by the Holy Spirit and will never fall into such heresy

Which Church would receive full praise and a positive future? Are you speaking about Rome? What’s your point?

Jesus spoke in parables and you’ve worked them out for yourself. You can work out a simple reference to Revelation.

No. I went by what the Roman Catholic Church interpreted them as. Why not say what you found out about Revelations?
What’s the point? Everyone will just say ‘that’s not what it means’ even though nobody has satisfactorily resolved the whole book and it remains a mystery. Revelation is a theological Rubric’s cube with only one solution. It was cleverly constructed and as with working out how to solve a Rubric’s cube you need to look outside its packaging…

“In Catholicism, we believe that God has given the ‘teaching authority’ (that is, the ‘magisterium’) to the leaders of the Church in order to teach faith and morals infallibly. Protestants tend to believe that this grant of correct interpretation is given to all, through the Holy Spirit.” (From another post)

2 Pet 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

We cannot privately interpret scripture. The reason why people are denouncing your interpretation of scripture is because it contradicts the Church’s interpretation

Therein is the word ‘interpretation’ which is subjective.
As you can see from my previous post Revelation has a mathematical construct as its base.
Mathematics are not subjective.
