Why does God love?

Post # 27 mgrfin called me a liar. He said he doesn’t believe that I was Catholic. Go look it up.

And while you’re at it tell me what post I am supposed to have said I am a liar in.

I think we know you were an Catholic and thus earn the title Ex-Catholic, but you left out of ignorance of Church teachings just because you read Scripture…
 
I’m not letting you off that easy. You said mgrfin didn’t call me a liar, that I called myself a liar. Prove it! The post are all here and it is a short thread thus far.

I left the catholic church my first year of catechism. I hadn’t read any Scripture, yet. My parents of course continued to send me to church so I didn’t physically leave until I was a legal adult.

The self-righteous attitudes of some catholics is sad. The Jews thought they had a free pass to heaven because they were descended from Abraham. Jesus told them they were mistaken.

Catholics think they have dibs on salvation because they have a “direct linage from Peter to the pope”. Linage means nothing. Jesus is everything.
 
Enoch, God is a jealous God. Being jealous is not hateful or unloving, being envious is a different matter of which God is not envious.

Oh, telling someone you don’t believe what they have stated is not calling them a liar. If someone gives me back too much change at the check-out it’s not stealing, either.:tsktsk:

Why did you leave? At the time you were Catholic, didn’t you heard the Gospel, the Epistles and OT being read to you, not to mention the psalm being said?

Direct lineage to Peter who knew Jesus. Peter taught future generations of Jews and Gentiles (the First Christians) about Our Lord. Jesus told the Apostles “teach them, all that I have taught you and baptized them in the Name of the Father, And of the Son, and Of the Holy Spirit.”

God send forth the Holy Spirit on the Apostles to spread the Gospel. Peter spoke first and spread the good news that Jesus is the promised Messiah.

You cannot disconnect the Apostles from Jesus. For the Church as Paul said is Body of Christ and Jesus is his Head. Rejecting the Catholic Church is rejecting Jesus Christ himself. “He who hears you, hears me, he who rejects you, rejects me, he who rejects me, rejects the One who sent me.”

You by leaving yourself from the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, have cut yourself from Jesus. I’m sorry that you leave. There isn’t much I can do but pray but I will protect Jesus Christ’s One True Church…

He didn’t lied. You concluded by his words that he but HE did never called you a liar. You did. Show me a post where he said by word that claim that he is a liar?
 
Could somebody really answer why God loves? 😉

Please answer instead of going crazy over each other’s post.

You sir, are “ignorant” of God’s Kingdom. God has done great things thru my inadequacies that I doubt you could imagine. All glory to God.
 
The answer to the question is we don’t know. How can a perfect God love such vile creatures. It is a mystery that testifies to the magnificent glory of our awesome God.

I didn’t call you a liar. I said I didn’t believe you.

You love that I was a Catholic story. I don’t believe it, and I don’t think the Catholics on this site want to hear it either. Just a sympathy story.

I received the Body and Blood of the Lord in the Blessed Eucharist. The same Jesus who died on the Cross on Sunday. Do you claim that we, Catholics doesn’t get any more personal with Jesus?

The Eucharist is a blessing more than praise and worship you see in Non-Denom and Baptist churches… no Communion… no Holy Orders… no valid sacraments… at all… if they do… they only do it monthly…

If have lost trust in anything you do or say. I am not calling you a liar.

You characterize it that way, and complain to management that you are being opposed by these Catholics on site, that they are not nice to you, and they call you names.

Nothing of the sort. Your plan is to steal souls away.

This criminal never had the opportunity to partake of communion. .
