From my point of view the best thing t do is to talk to the priest after Mass. I think that it is better to do things in person, depending on the parish it could be easy to get dropped in the chaos. The Church always looks for converts, just do not rely too much on electronic forms of communication, most of the sacramental activities are based on a personal interaction.
When I was involved with RCIA we posted a contact number in the Parish bulletin. I believe that is what most parishes do. You could also speak with the Pastor or even with the secretary at the Rectory. Either could put you in touch with who you need to speak with to get started.
I’m sorry that you were not welcomed immediately when you made your request. Perhaps you should think about looking to another parish. If they haven’t responded to you, they might not have the best RCIA program.
Easter Joy is absolutely correct. This may be more a matter of the Devil throwing up roadblocks than it is of the parrish not being interested.

not necessarily, RCIA should really be a year round process, especially if at least some of the teaching, prayer and reflection flows from the Sunday scripture readings. In any case, the period of preparation for an unbaptized person who has, after a period of inquiry, decided to progress toward baptism and the other sacraments should be not less than one calendar year, beginning right now, in the Easter season. So you are right on target, but maybe the parish you are contacting is not. Keep trying. and welcome home, even though you are still on the road you are going in the right direction.
I would just keep trying. You should try going to Mass and meeting the priest. That way you know if you even like him.
Many priests are very busy right now with children’s Sacramental Preparation programs; it’s possible that your messages have gotten lost in the shuffle.

You can enter the Church via private meetings/lessons with a priest also.
Inquiry should be year round. There should not be a wait "until fall for someone seeking information now in April! Stop by the church office and explain that you have called and Emailed with no response. If you still cannot get any information simply call the diocese.
