Excuse me…but what about you attacking their faith?
It’s called debate, I believe.

I guess my definition of debate is different than yoursIt’s called debate, I believe.
Please, muslim, explain me evidences for believing that Muhammad saw the Angel Gabriel?, Islam was a religion invented by Muhammad. It is very clear.
This is just funny, you want evidence for believing that Muhammad pbuh saw the Angel Gabriel.
At least we (muslims) have a discription of Angel Gabriel in the Qur'an and Ahadith, we know how he looks. But tell me what do you (christians) know about Angle Gabriel.?
the only clear thing is that you are ignorant in both religions (Islam and Christianity)
Gabriel is the Archangel who appeared to the Virgin Mary to announce to her that she was going to be the Mother of the Son of God.This is just funny, you want evidence for believing that Muhammad pbuh saw the Angel Gabriel.

I am a Muslim. I read a lot about my religion, from the Quran, the hadith and what the scholars who have spent their entire lives studying Islam.I have yet to be convinced that following true Islaam is a religion of good. The Muslims I see that act out of the goodness of mankind seem to me to go against true Muslim teaching…they appear to be more Christian than Muslim.

here we go againYeah, the Trinity is tough to understand, so I guess we should give the all-knowing Allah a free pass when he screws up it up:
When criticizing Christianity, “Allah” claims that the Christian Trinity is the Father, Jesus, and Mary and nowhere is the Holy Spirit even mentioned at all as being worshipped as God. You’d think if he was going to condemn the Trinity he should probably have chosen to condemn the persons who actually make up the Trinity
O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His apostles. Say not “Trinity” : desist: it will be better for you: for Allah is one Allah. Glory be to Him: (far exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs. (4:171)
“And (remember) when Allaah will say (on the Day of Resurrection): “O Jesus son of Mary! Did you say unto men: ‘Worship me and my mother as two gods besides Allaah?’ (5:116)
I don´t have to proof nothing, muslims will have to proof the true of the Koran and the revelation to Muhammad. But only it was seen by him, none more.Franze
open a new thread…and support that statement with proof.
If you can not, and you will not be able to, then Fear God in what you say.
lol…so you dont have proof.I don´t have to proof nothing, muslims will have to proof the true of the Koran and the revelation to Muhammad. But only it was seen by him, none more.
However, Jesus was seen by thousands of people and many people, even non-christians saw him. Many people saw him after he resurrected. Many more that the beginning of islam.
You will say me, that for believing that Christ is God, the second person of trinity, I have to have faith, and yes, it´s true.
But in islam, believing the predication of only one a person that believed seeing an archangel, without anyone seeing, is having a lot of faith, and it isn´t demonstrated. And for that reason, muslims have to proof that the true of Koran and the revelation to Muhammad, and please proofs, not faith.
Greetings
How do you know nobody’s going to tell you the very same thing?lol…so you dont have proof.
if you dont have proof, then essentially sir, you have no argument.
Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
They do. Like i said, verses from the Bible do support that Jesus peace be upon him was JUST a messenger. In addition to the fact that the foundation of the religion is based on mystery and inherited sin…and ends with the brutal murder of one innocent man…must of Christianity is man-made. Much of the practices of some Christians today resemble the same practices of the pagan Arabs 1400 years ago.How do you know nobody’s going to tell you the very same thing?
Is the Bible a reliable source? They do. Like i said, verses from the Bible do support that Jesus peace be upon him was JUST a messenger.
If reliable means that every word in it is true, then no.Is the Bible a reliable source?
What definition of reliable would you apply to it, then?If reliable means that every word in it is true, then no.
addition: It is the source that Christians derive their beliefs from, therefore if someone would like to argue with the Christians about what they believe…then he/she should start with it.
I dont understand what you mean. It’s like handing you a fiction that was based on a real persons life, but twisted and turned that it can no longer be called non-fiction. Is the book reliable? I dont know what to say. What definition of reliable would you apply to it, then?
I didnt know that, thanksjust FYI: you’re sort of correct, but the core source of all Catholic beliefs (Protestant ones too, really) is church teaching passed down through apostolic succession. It’s all in writing, but in the form of council declarations and papal decrees. To put it into perspective, it was a council declaration that confirmed which books would be included in the Bible in the first place.
I’m saying that if the Bible, or any book, was a fiction, I don’t see how it could provide factual “support” for any given claim, like how you said the Bible supported the idea that Jesus was JUST a messenger.I dont understand what you mean. It’s like handing you a fiction that was based on a real persons life, but twisted and turned that it can no longer be called non-fiction. Is the book reliable? I dont know what to say.
