Being bi-ritual does not mean that you have faculties in all the Eastern rites - or more precisely the Eastern Churches. It means, rather, that you have faculties within one of the 20+ Eastern Catholic Churches. Again, in Archbishop Sheen’s case it was in the Melkite Church.
