I wonder if you could be confusing being alone with loneliness? Loneliness is a negative emotional response that can result in depression and other illness. Being alone is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, an introverted person may function best when alone or with only one person.
I haven’t heard anything in YOUR post that suggested loneliness, certainly nothing that needs psychological intervention. What I do hear is a need for spiritual direction. I would suggest you look in your area for an old order Carmelite or discalced Carmelite order for a spiritual director. A Carmelite could help you differentiate between normal introverted tendencies (like Pope Paul VI had) a priestly or religious vocation, or maybe a call to the desert.
