So the laws of nature prevent an employer from taking advantage of a worker and therefore no social system of protection is needed?

Maybe you can dress that up philosophically but humna history has proven that false. Abuse happens.

It would be about the same as someone saying no mother has anything more valuable1 than her child. Therefore, we don’t need laws against abortion.
The problem, Katherine dear, is that we see the same sort of abuse in labor unions – and at a higher rate, and often backed not with economic power, but with criminal force.

would you like to elaborate on the frequency of criminal actions by unions vis-a-vis criminal actions by corporations. Let start with the last ten years?

You can start with me being personally threatened for buying a newspaper during the Detroit Newspaper Strike. Note that the newspapers did NOT threaten anyone to make them buy papers.

The newspaper management did not hijack delivery trucks (which are independent contactors), put starnails in the parking lots of stores to get them to change their advertising, put pipe bombs in newspaper boxes, burn trucks and cars, or block the highway and cause a fatal accident.
