That’s probably true. I for one, consider the deuterocanonicals to be necessary to include in Scripture. While I believe they are too disputed, and quite frankly, hazy, to draw doctrine from… they are great for building a historical witness to the other Old Testament books and the New Testament as well. They are also great in liturgy.Luther had a bigger problem with some NT books than he had with these.

Before that it was never clarified. Yet in Scripture the word Trinity is not found but many Christians affirm this belief.
Wrong Manny. Read the Scriptures you quote. The Gospel of John proclaims the Word as God. Jesus says that he and the father are one. Jesus told Peter that when he sees him he sees the father. Plenty of clear cut evidence that the trinity is spoken of tons of times in Scripture. You are beginning to use the same logic as the Jehovahs Witnesses Manny.

You must be really ignorant. The Word Trinity is not in Scripture. We use the term because the Council of Nicea affirm this belief that God is a Triune God. Three divine persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit but ONE GOD. I believe in what the Council taught because the Holy Spirit work through the Church. I do believe in the Trinity that is certain but you have to admit the WORD TRINTY IS NOT FOUND IN THE BIBLE.
These books were added into the Bible by the Church after the Nicene Council.
