If I do and I have many examples will you consider them? Will it make any difference in your attitude?

Have you not heard of Replacement Theology?
I am talking from a Catholic perspective … I am not familiar with Replacement theology …nor is it present in the Catechism.

Dont know if it makes a difference but it’s hard to have a discussion when I really cant understand what you’re implying.
and even claim that Gods everlasting covenant with them no longer is in place?
Is this implying that the Jews are no longer His chosen people?

There are not 30,000 denominations, that has been debunked many times. You appear to be stuck on this point and unable to discuss anything else.
They say we have over 38,000 non-cathloic denomination after Luther HISALONE do we now have 38,001 In the fall of 2006, Ligonier Ministries sponsored a new outreach aimed at encouraging ministers and lay leaders in the local church. The Pastors Fellowship began in September 2006 in a historic hotel in downtown Greenville, South edOur speakers have included a noted bible scholar, a missionary to Muslims, and a former NFL player turned pastor.
Are any of these a ordination or do they get them on

Your right again its almost 40,000 look in your phone book who debunked this YOU,LOL

nc Replacement Theology which is espoused for the most part Catholics says that the church has replaced Isreal as Gods chosen people. The new covenant \has replaced the old covenant and the old covenant no longer stands. Again I bring this up because virtually every Catholic I know believes this.

New Covenant replaces the Old Covenant. there is not two Covenants but One. the New Covenant gave birth to the Church. that is why you read Jesus saying: " I will build my Church and …" that is why Jesus chose 12 men to going with His teachings.

i know this is hard for you to accept. but if you think about that is exactly what saducees and pharisees didi, they just could not accept the teachings of Jesus. but the Apostles did. that is why we have the Church to this day. although you resist the fact that you got the Teachings of Jesus from the CC, it is still True, no matter how you deny. the Truth is not based on your denial.

do like the prodigal son did. repent and tell God, you have sin against God and His House(the Church).

:highprayer::byzsoc:

you can read about the church throughout the Gospels. you cannot deny this although you try.

The letters… Again very straight foward and not complicated
That is not what St. Peter taught,
2 Peter 3:16 “As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are certain things hard to be understood, which the unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, to their own destruction.”

Gods covenant with Abraham was an everlasting ( read never ends) covenant. All your human reasoning will not change that.

The letters
2Pe 3:15 and consider [that] the longsuffering of our Lord [is] salvation–as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you,

2Pe 3:16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable [people] twist to their own destruction, as [they do] also the rest of the Scriptures.

2Pe 3:17 You therefore, beloved, since you know [this] beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked;

2Pe 3:18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him [be] the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Not difficult unless you are untaught and unstable.
Pauls letters teaches about spiritual gifts.
Who taught you you to speak in tongues, who taught you to prophesy? who taught you how to use the gift of word of knowledge?

John 4:22- …salvation is of the Jews.

In its essence alhough for CWs benefit it is “deeper” than this- Salvation is of Jesus is from Jesus, Jesus has come through the Jews.
Are you not aware of how Gentile Christians have tried to remove anything Jewish in your church? and even claim that Gods everlasting covenant with them no longer is in place?
Actually, that’s not true - do you know which Christian churches most resemble orthodox Jewish synagogues?

Roman Catholic Latin Mass chapels. 🙂

Do you know as a Catholic you are forbidden to celebrate Passover with a Jew?

Yes.

Did you know that they are also forbidden to receive the Eucharist with us? The reason is that we are of two different Covenants - they are members of the Covenant of Moses, and we are members of the Covenant of Christ.

🙂

Another human giving their “infallible” interpretation of the Bible.

Hisalone, I have ask thie question B4 with out a answer will you please tell us what church group do you go too its not in your profile,Thank You

The apostles celebrated Passover after Jesus’ death and resurrection.
But your church forbids you to.

Up until 70 AD, the Catholic faith was recognized as a sect of Judaism. In 70 AD, our little sect was formally ejected from the Jewish community, and became a separate religion. This was all part of God’s plan - the Covenant of Moses and the Covenant of Jesus were never meant to be practiced both at the same time.

But it was the High Priest of the Temple who forbade us from partaking in the Passover and in all other distinctively Jewish ceremonies - it was not the Pope. The Pope is simply being obedient to the command of the High Priest of the Temple. The Temple was actually destroyed and the High Priest was murdered in the same year, so the chances of having the ruling overturned are non-existent - it is what it is, and we move on.

You do realize thet the Easter Triduum (sp?) coincides with Passover, right? YOu do realize that in most languages the word for “easter” is derived from the Larin word for “Passover”? You do realize that Jesus is our Passover Lamb, right? We celebrate Passover seperately from the Jews, but believe me, it is celebrated.
