I think you are right.

I don’t understand for the life of me WHY if Mueller thinks there has been Russian collusion in our elections . . . .

. . . WHY in the world would he LIMIT his investigation to Donald Trump’s team?

If he REALLY THINKS the Trump campaign has been infiltrated, then it seems negligent to assume those “bad ol’ Russians” would LIMIT THEIR infiltration efforts to the Trump campaign!

Mueller OUGHT to be investigating ALL of the major candidates & associates if he were concerned about the country it seems to me.

Mueller OUGHT to be investigating NONE of the major candidates & associates EXCEPT the TRUMP campaign if he were concerned about the Democratic party and/or POLITICS it seems to me.

Mueller worked for Hillary when she was Secretary of State … and that’s where his loyalty resides.

’Even a blind person’ can see Mueller using Manafort to ‘target’ Trump: judge

By Rowan Scarborough - The Washington Times - Thursday, June 28, 2018

A federal judge says “even a blind person” can see that special counsel Robert Mueller is prosecuting Paul Manafort as a way to acquire evidence against his “true target,” President Trump.

U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III made the comment in an opinion released this week that nonetheless sided with Mr. Mueller and against Mr. Trump’s former campaign manager. He rejected Mr. Manafort’s argument that the Mueller-brought tax-evasion indictment exceeded the special counsel’s authority and should be dismissed.

Judge Ellis, sitting in the Eastern District of Virginia, expressed dismay at the special counsel system and at Mr. Mueller in particular.

“Given the investigation’s focus on President Trump’s campaign, even a blind person can see that the true target of the Special Counsel’s investigation is President Trump, not defendant, and that defendant’s prosecution is part of that larger plan,” he wrote. “Specifically, the charges against defendant are intended to induce defendant to cooperate with the Special Counsel by providing evidence against the President or other members of the campaign. Although these kinds of high-pressure prosecutorial tactics are neither uncommon nor illegal, they are distasteful.” . . .

Mueller was FBI director from 2001 to 2013. Clinton was Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013.

When did Mueller work for Clinton?

When did Mueller work for Clinton?
start reading:

In 2009, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton directed FBI Director Mueller to deliver a sample of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) to Russia. The uranium had reportedly been stolen. It seems particularly odd, considering that the FBI is not under the supervision of the State Department, and that the FBI director would personally make the transfer.

Schweizer explained why the Hillary “reset” was so important in the uranium deals. The Bush administration had pulled out of a uranium deal with the Russians after Russian forces went into Georgia in 2008, but the Obama administration (with Hillary taking the lead) reopened the negotiations. A deal was reached in 2010, and as Schweizer wrote, “Several multimillion-dollar Clinton Foundation donors were at the center of the deal.” In fact, “The Clinton Foundation also failed to disclose major contributions from entities controlled by those involved in the Uranium One deal. Thus, beginning in 2009, the company’s chairman, [Ian] Telfer, quietly started funneling what would become $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation through a Canadian entity he controlled.”

While the revelation of a secret meeting involving Robert Mueller in the delivery of uranium to the Russians, by itself, does not prove anything of a criminal or unethical nature, it does raise questions that merit an investigation. After all, when Mueller was FBI director under the Obama administration, he was trusted enough by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to carry out this mission. If it was a diplomatic mission, why was the FBI director involved? And if it was a law enforcement mission, why was Clinton involved?

And is Mueller sufficiently objective to conduct an impartial investigation of a Republican president?

This is a parody of Brian Stelter at CNN from Mark Dice back in December of 2017.

But the video goes beyond mere parody. There is also some great footage of Congressmen Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy here as well. (Also in my opinion, a good reminder of CNN’s attack on journalism disguised as journalism)

As more facts come out, Jim Jordan looking very insightful here now in retrospect.

But not that he worked for Hillary.

BTW, I think Russia is our new best friend.

Why do you think that?

Btw, happy CAF anniversary. 🙂
Thank you.

Well, I was being a little tongue in cheek. But Trump does seem determined to push everyone else away until the Russians are our only ‘friend’

Newly available records do not fully comply with congressional House subpoenas, and barring new developments Friday, recent documents from the FBI and Justice Department do not meet deadlines set by a House resolution, according to a source close to the discussions.

Three House Republican committee chairmen, Trey Gowdy on Oversight, Devin Nunes on Intelligence and Bob Goodlatte on Judiciary, requested the records, with one subpoena issued as long ago as August of last year.

On Friday, John Solomon of The Hill reported that memos from the FBI regarding the Trump-Russia investigation contain another damning text from FBI agent Peter Strzok, the man in charge of both the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the Trump-Russia collusion investigation during the 2016 campaign. According to Solomon:

Memos the FBI is now producing to the Department of Justice (DOJ) inspector general and multiple Senate and House committees offer what sources involved in the production, review or investigation describe to me as “damning” or “troubling” evidence. They show Strzok and his counterintelligence team rushing in the fall of 2016 to find “derogatory” information from informants or a “pretext” to accelerate the probe and get a surveillance warrant on figures tied to the future president. … In one email exchange with the subject line “Crossfire FISA,” Strzok and Lisa Page discussed talking points to get then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to persuade a high-ranking DOJ official to sign off on [Carter Page FISA] warrant. …“At a minimum, that keeps the hurry the F up pressure on him,” Strzok emailed Page on Oct. 14, 2016, less than four weeks before Election Day.

FBI official Peter Strzok’s first public hearing tumbled into a rancorous and heated political fracas on Thursday, as Republicans clashed with Democrats as well as the former investigator over his anti-Trump texts – and even threatened contempt for initially refusing to answer questions on the Russia probe.

Strzok, throughout it all, remained defiant and maintained that he did not show bias in those infamous messages with former FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

Its rather heavy to infer that our President is causing a loss of all friends of the U.S.A. And disturbing to suggest only the Russians are our only “friend”. You don’t really believe that, do you? The insults and diminishing of character in regard to our President have been very disruptive and damaging. People that haven’t informed themselves, other than the false mainstream media, are being misled and led to piling on the hatred. Claiming “a little tongue in cheek” does not remove the responsibility of speaking truthfully.

I said that it seems, not that he was. I will be more than happy to change my opinion when he stops acting like a bull in a china shop in front of cameras or tweeting obnoxious things. But the best thing about being an American citizen is that I can voice those opinions, no matter what others think, just like the President does. Of course, my opinion really doesn’t carry the same weight that his does, not will it have any particular effect.

Also, I was reading Luke about trying to be factual in his post.

(I really don’t like auto correct)
