Was it because he touched the ark?
The way the text reads, it seems God was already angry with him.

Uzzah was taken becuase he lacked Faith in the Lord and displayed it publicly. God had instructed no one was to touch the Ark. Uzah’s steadying of the Ark was a public display that he did not trust God to look after his own Ark.Was it because he touched the ark?

Why does it matter? We don’t know because that part isn’t in the Bible. But we do know that Uzzah was striken dead for touching the arc because it violated the rule God had set forth. So what did a loving God tell Uzzah when he took him?
Just curious, that’s all. Sometimes there’s a perfectly logical answer to a question and sometimes there’s not.Why does it matter?
My understanding is that the Ark is a foretelling story about Mary.So what did a loving God tell Uzzah when he took him?
