Would you judge Catholicism by the testimony of Catholic apostates who have left the Catholic Church and now find fault with it from the sidelines?
Judge? ONLY God judges. Sorry,we do not become gods as Mormonsim teaches or…is that another lie or another altered Mormon teaching?

Joseph Smith was not a liar either. His vision is true. The differences do not amount to contradictions. They are simply different accounts given at different times (mostly orally) with different amounts of detail.
He was either a liar, or he was deceived. Probably both.

Sorry…a liar! Deception is very convincing…open your eyes.

actually, it is fact.

It has been proven that Joe was a false prophet.

How much proof would you like us to present?

I posted some the versions on a different thread so you can come show us how there are not contradictions
I believe that Joseph Smith was a true prophet. No doubts about that.

Actually, he was. He was a con man. Convicted. That is a liar. Further, he lied about the first vision, thus so many versions.

The answer is still the same. There is no science that can prove the Book of Mormon false.
So, where is the concrete, the metals, the remnants of these so called “great cities”? Mormon apologists have been chasing their tails on this for years.

There was one mormon archeologist (can’t remember his name) who swore he wasn’t going to stop until he found proof. After several years, he abandoned his search, and the mormon church because he could find nothing.

What does that tell you?

Better yet, prove it is true. Provide tangible proof that it is true, and not some “feeling”.

I will wait patiently, as I am sure others will also. Right along with the scientific community.

Not at all. I make points, you run and/or make excuses. Please…we expect honesty here.
You’re lucky (if you want to call it that), he/she has ignored all of the glaring facts I have provided, like, Why did smith try to join the Methodist church after he had the so called “first vision”.

I am sure it would be offensive to the named clergy etc., but not necessarily to the rank and file membership of the churches. Mormon revelation pronounces dire consequences on those who in the last days “build up churches unto themselves to get gain …” (Mormon 8:33; D&C 10:56). Those were the ones who were being condemned in the First Vision. I am sure they would take offence (unless they were honest enough to acknowledge the truth and repent). But the remarks were not aimed at just anyone who is Christian.
I am so glad you mentioned the “Mormon revelation pronounces dire consequences on those who in the last days “build up churches unto themselves to get gain …” (Mormon 8:33; D&C 10:56). Those were the ones who were being condemned in the First Vision.”

How’s that Multi-Billion dollar mall in SLC working out?

You really should be more careful :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

especially after one of the versions of the alleged visions specifically mentioned the methodist Church as being wrong

Stick a fork in him, and call him done.

All he is doing is bearing his testimony, and saying nope you’re wrong,

He is in way over his head, and it has been demonstrated over and over and over.

For a minute, I thought it was “shark week”😃

Yup. Methinks he “took his ball and went home.”
