By definition they do not deny God. You should know this. They have to diss Scripture and Tradition to hold their view.

I’ve discussed it in another thread and it has not be satisfactorily answered. Therefore, I stand by my original assertion.

We know this as the Garden of Eden Fall. God gave man the power to preserve it or not.

God gives us a free will Catholic Living
Catholics have the full truth and should never be ashamed to proclaim it! However, at the same time, we must recognize the humanity in those who hold different beliefs than us and always approach concerns with Christ-like love and compassion. Definitely easier said than done!

Yet again…not the question I asked. I didn’t ask if they are arguing against your fundamental interpretation of scripture. I asked they are denying God.

So are they?

Here is the statement I made that I have not received a satisfactory response:

If there is free will in Heaven, then free will can’t be the answer to why we have this short period of trials and suffering. (I was told that people could/would not reject God after the Beatific Vision.

It also makes the idea that people will or can not reject God once in Heaven problematic for several reasons. A few being:
  1. Angels rejected God while being in his presence
  2. Adam and Eve rejected God, while living in paradise and being in God’s presence

You are aware this term has been around since the 1930’s and coined by an evo. The evo’s tried to downplay this as they do not like it, for obvious reasons. You do not either. Evo’s are desperate to couple micro and macro together. They fail to consider the designed in limitations of organisms. They have to now though. So do you.
