Will not vote for Trump, but no pro-life Democrats?

Because he has taken on that form. Trump takes on many faces for political purposes.

If you’re waiting for a candidate from either party that endorses Christian policies in their lifestyle you may never vote again. I’d say Trump has done a good job regarding pro-life and other Christian friendly policies since taking office. As for his personal life, well, obviously he’s a flawed individual so I can understand the reluctance. I did not vote for him in 2016, just voted 3rd party. Of course something to consider, Mitt Romney was probably the most squeaky clean, moral candidate in a long time, but he governed as a pro-choice governor in Massachusetts. I’d like to see an old school, moderate Democrat emerge, but they are so beholden to the abortion lobby in that party I doubt we’ll ever see a national candidate for the Dems like that again.

I will be voting Democrat whether for or against abortion.

Voted for Trump in the last election and I will not be making that mistake again!

President Trump first to speak in person

Appreciate the correction. Thanks.

First to speak in person via video. I believe Bush spoke via telephone.

Also, the Judges he’s appointed (Gorsch, Kavanaugh) are solidly pro-life. He is seriously considering solidly pro-life Catholic Amy Coney Barrett to replace Bader Ginsburg, That factor alone should compel most Catholics to vote Trump.

Nope. Won’t stay home. The democrats will need all the votes they can get to beat Trump, so I encourage everyone who doesn’t want Trump in for a second term to vote Democrat!

No, on that issue Biden is definitely NOT moderate; he is firmly pro-choice. There are NO pro-life Democratic candidates so far running for President in 2020. The Governor of Louisiana, John Bel Edwards, is a pro-life Democrat who may run in 2024. There are a few pro-life Democrats in the House and at least one in the Senate, but I don’t believe any of them are running for President.
Biden is prochoice but he seems less radical than some of the other Dem contenders. He is very opposed to partial birth abortion and sadly that puts him out of the mainstream among his party at the moment.

I’ll proudly vote for Trump,

Christians in Syria were heavily persecuted, same in Iraq. Christianity may not even really come back in the place it was for 2,000 years. The Iraq and Syria wars had great repercussions on Christians and their numbers. Just read and research about it. The Christian community was disseminated under the previous 2 presidents.

But the Trump admin, and it’s never easy to fight a war, helped turn back this great persecution. It’s not perfect but it is something.

One of the most important issues with me, is if we should go into a foreign land, let’s be very careful in what we do.

Now, Trump, along with the Knights of Columbus have helped Christians rebuild their Churches in that war-torn region where the faith has almost been decimated.

The administration has also poured billions, yes, billions, into the inner-city, because of the media, one might not have heard about this. The billions do include tax breaks but one gets the picture.

And the list goes on.

Trump, Knights of Columbus team up to restore Christian Churches in Syria World News
The Trump Administration has committed more than $340 million to help Christians affected by the ISIS genocide in the Middle East. Now, different areas are starting to see churches and cemeteries restored after the terror group specifically sought their demolition. Vice President Pence announced the Genocide Recovery and Persecution Response Program last year, partnering with non-profit groups, to help rebuild the communities that were targeted by ISIS. “We’re continuing to work with a stro…

It won’t matter. Trump will win again in 2020.

John Bel Edwards is good, I wouldn’t mind seeing him run. The senator you refer to is probably Joe Manchin of West Virginia, who is Catholic and is at least somewhat pro-life (probably more pro-life than not). You also had Bart Stupak, Heath Shuler, and Dan Lipinski, among others. Too bad there aren’t more.

I see Bill Weld who is trying to primary Trump for the R’s is also very prochoice.

I agree. The only way Dems have a chance is if they nominate a Blue Dog or at least someone who has beliefs similar to Jones and Manchin.

As I said, I will vote for a Democrat whether or not they support abortion as there are other issues in my mind which are more pressing.

You can’t be more radical, only way could be more radical is saying you can kill the baby after it leaves the hospital.

Whether it matters or not, I didn’t waste a vote by voting for a third party or not voting at all.

A 3rd party candidate will not win. America has been entrenched in its two-party system. It will come down to a Republican and a Democrat, and Trump will certainly be the Republican.
Be that as it may, neither will any of us cast the sole deciding vote that will swing the election. Whether you vote 3rd party, vote for Trump, or vote for his Democrat rival, it will not change the outcome of who will be president come 2021.

We are all better off paying closer attention to our local elections where are vote and actions have a larger impact.
