Yes, that is what I meant: not on the female body. Thanks for pointing that out.I hope you mean “not on the female body.”

I made a mistake in my post. I meant to write not on the female body. I tend to type very fast but my brain goes faster than my fingers.I recommend you sit in a different pew if you find yourself visually distracted.
I am not sure what you mean by the priest concentrating on the female body…

Yes, but we don’t stick our sacramentals “where the sun don’t shine.” That’s what Fruit of the Looms are for.Why is this a problem? Pious Roman Catholics wear medals and scapulars on a daily basis.

Bizarre.
A heretical cultlike belief that believes you have to wear some type of special garment in temple.
There is no justification for the belief. i’m sure it was just something joseph smith likes, so he decided that he would add it to his religion. Just as mohammad who hated dogs, and now in hadiths it is a sin to have dogs. These people just have their own personal views and try and inherit it into a religion, not explaining why, or what advantage it might have.
Hi there & welcomoe to CAF
This is not about Mormonism but…
I want to correct you on this. Prophet Muhammad did not hate dogs. He loved all animals and if I recollect the phrase correctly, he even said that someone who gives water to a thirsty dog will have a place in heaven.
Hadith means what the Prophet did in his daily life. He might not have had a dog but this doesn’t mean that it is a sin to have one.
There are people who misinterpret and intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent information about various religions. It’s very easy to judge but I think it is best for us if we try to find the truth before condemning. I’m not usually a person who comments and corrects people about religion. But it bothered me that you spoke about Muhammad this way. He was a prophet, just like Abraham, Moses and Jesus. I believe in them all and I wish everyone could realize the fact that we belong to the same religion and believe and follow the prophets sent to us by the same God. Anyone who reads the holy books of the three Abrahamic religions will know that this is the truth.
Peace!
