That’s all just fine and dandy, but here’s an article that claims Jesus walked on ice patches floating on water:This article just reaffirms my faith. Who sent those winds to part the sea?

This is reminding me of C.S. Lewis’s book “Miracles”.lol, that reminds me… I remember watching a Discovery Channel (or one of those channels) on the Bible/New Testament, and they were trying to explain the miracles of Jesus, and they had this one “scientists”
"I think Jesus walking on water, could have been one of those mirage phenomenons where you look on a road in the desert and the refraction causes it to look like water "
And I was thinking, um, I don’t think the disciples would be unfamiliar…and it doesn’t explain the fact that Peter fell in…the “mirage”
Isn’t that what so many miracles are? Co-incidences that the faithful believe are signs of God’s providence? Or is Divine Providence different from a miracle? Here is my issue. The secular press has consistently portrayed miracles as coincidence and natural - nonGod - events.
No. That’s not correct.Isn’t that what so many miracles are? Co-incidences that the faithful believe are signs of God’s providence? Or is Divine Providence different from a miracle?
In this particular case, the bible specifically states that the miracle was caused by the wind.
