I am sick… What the heck is wrong with this state? Well if you look at the map you can see it. 73 would have passed if it where up to my county… I can’t believe this.

It passed in O.C. But not enough for the rest of the state

The defeat of California Prop. 73 which would have required doctors to inform parents at least 48 hours before performing an abortion on their daughter is terrible. Children can’t take aspirin in schools without parental permission, but they can screw around and get an abortion without parental consent? A minor can’t walk into a hospital and get a surgery performed without parental consent but can go to a doctor and proucure a secret abortion? Excuse my French but this is b******t.

I am so depressed this morning. One more reason to homeschool my children. I echo the sentiment, “What is wrong with this state?” Proposition 73 makes sense – even if you don’t think abortion is wrong in general. How could this happen?
