No because I was talking about two certain posts and than you derailed it into something else Fides said. You changed the conversation into something I wasn’t even talking about.

Well, one reason is that men have a bigger problem with lust than women do. I realize that in these times, women are lobbied to be just as if not more so, [fill in the blank here] , than men are (fill in the blank with any characteristic typical of men at all, including “lustful”). Following the culture, women are flaunting lustfulness openly and being proud of it - but I assert it is NOT in their souls to be so. It is in their souls to be the woman God created them to be - NOT an “anything a man can do I can do better”, “liberated” woman of this dark world. Women are made to be nurturers - “mothers” - in families and in humanity/society generally, not objects of lust, not themselves reduced to lustfulness and debased as if it were a badge of victory
This is gross, too.
@seriousquestion: you mean this post? Where he yet again denies how women experience lust after having been told in the posts I quoted from earlier that he was wrong? You mean this post where he continued to ignore what he had been told by multiple women on this thread?

I provided quotes from earlier to show that he had been told and had been continuing to tell women how they feel.

“Gross” in the vernacular isn’t even the first definition of the word. You’ve turned this into a semantics argument.

Deflection, perhaps? Just a thought.

It was a semantics argument the whole time, I don’t know if there is anything wrong with that to be honest.

Where he yet again denies how women experience lust
I don’t see that in the quote. The quote says that women have been used in lustful ways in advertising or something.

And you were provided reasoning and examples. Just listen to what people have told you. Fide was telling people they don’t experience what they told him they experience, he wasn’t the only one doing it but it was bad.

But that could just be a group trying to undermine him because of disagreements.

Seriousquestion doesn’t see how this quote, from a fellow who had been told multiple times that women struggle with lust as much as men do, is denying women’s experience of their own mind and feelings.

That’s probably because you want them to be right. Also none of that was in the original posts that QwertyGirl quoted. Stop going off topic in this conversation.

We’re not some subversive counterculture. We happen to live as women. I wouldn’t dare tell a man what his experiences have been nor try to use all my experience as a female to assume I might even be able to take a guess at what his experiences may have been.

He’s categorically wrong.

Like I said, I am not talking about whether or not he is wrong, but whether the particular comments QwertyGirl quoted where gross and that’s already been settled.

@seriousquestion this is the quote from the part qwertygirl responded to.
