Women as prostitutes in Muslim heaven?

If I was a woman I would have rebuked my husband if he even thought of touching another woman. But maybe Muslim women will have to resign to their fate in Muslim heaven. They’ll just have to submit and watch while their husbands make merry. That’s just what “Islam” means - “submission”.

Islam permits polygamy already. So women have to suck-it-up already.

On another note, I am having trouble with some math.

If men and women each make up about 50% of the population, and each man gets 72 virgins…

The math is not working out for me.
 
What do women get? If people were to believe the nonsense being paraded in this thread the answer might just be STDs!

It’s really disgusting, to see such filth (yes, I am calling this thread filth, which refers to Muslim women as prostitutes!) on a religious site.

What reward do women get? They get the reward that men get. Gardens under which rivers flow. Food and drinks, of which the only resemblance to food and drink of this life is the name. They get homes, and trees, flowers and carpets.

But most importantly… they get the pleasure of their Lord (SWT), which is the same reward as for the men.

And their Lord responded to them, “Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah , and Allah has with Him the best reward.” 3:195

And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged, [even as much as] the speck on a date seed. 4:124

Whosoever doeth right, whether male or female, and is a believer, him verily we shall quicken with good life, and We shall pay them a recompense in proportion to the best of what they used to do. 16:97

The Koran says both male and female believers will have their reward in Heaven, but does not promise to grant female Muslims handsome men that will serve their sexual desire and fulfill their fantasies.

I have had several Muslims tell me the women get the same thing. As if a woman wants to spend eternity having intercourse. I had hoped for something higher, like being eternally in the presence of the Lord. Ah, well. So much for lofty ideas… The Islamic concept of jannah caters to the base desires of the desert nomads whom Muhammad first recruited.

Wow, do you think that all a man wants is an eternity having intercourse? Sheesh. If your mind is in the gutter… then that’s where your mind is. Don’t project it onto Islam. The Islamic teaching about Jannah is the presence of the Lord…

This is an authentic (saheeh) qudsi hadith:

Allah will say to the inhabitants of Paradise: O inhabitants of Paradise! They will say: O our Lord, we present ourselves and are at Your pleasure, and goodness rests in Your hands. Then He will say: Are you contented? And they will say: And how should we not be contented, O Lord, when You have given to us that which You have given to no one else of Your creation? Then He will say: Would not like Me to give you something better than that? And they will say: O Lord and what thing is better than that? And He will say: I shall cause My favour to descend upon you and thereafter shall never be displeased with you.

Trust me… practicing Muslims are not looking forward to sex in Paradise but something much much greater.

Apparently, you have no clue about jannah. I’ve heard about Western converts who are sold on lies about what Islam teaches, for instance, about heaven, since they don’t understand Arabic. Sounds like you are one of them. Sad. Check out what the Quran and Hadiths have to say and see how misinformed you are about the religion you chose to convert to:

If you need to hide from the truth about what the Quran and Hadiths teach about the Islamic heaven, then do. I understand. If I converted to Islam under false pretenses because I didn’t understand Arabic, I might be too afraid to find out the truth, too.
We all know what Sharia law says the penalty for apostate Muslims is…
 
Sister Amy, according to Islamic belief, will there be sex in Heaven and if so, does the intercourse have a possibility of producing offspring?

For the benefit of anyone reading this thread, a little over a year ago I did in fact direct Eden to a verse in the Qur’an saying that the highest reward of Paradise is to be in the presence of the Lord, if he would like to refresh his memory (and hopefully not make this claim again).

Where is that in the Quran, Kadavari? What I see is lots of luxury items, like silver cups and silky clothes and couches to lounge on while being waited on by servants… and then there are the houris. Are you denying again that Islam teaches there will be sex in heaven?

It’s really funny when InvestigateIslam says here that the Muhammad would have promised today, if you believe in Islam you will get iPods and high-speed internet and a cell phone plan…

God can not or will never provide women to be “used” my men in heaven. It will make God chauvinist and unfair to women. Perhaps the ones provided will either be Female Jinns (as Muslims believe to be exist, and assuming those Jinnies have the same anatomy to human female) or perhaps some sort of sex dolls.
