What are some ways that we can do a better job as catholic men in treating our sisters in Christ?

@GhostOfBBM

…Seriously? Women in pants has been normal since the Second World War.

I can’t take Catholics that argue it is sinful to wear pants as a woman 😂😂😂
What if it’s all they have? is that an “exception”
Listen normal pants aren’t revealing and that’s a great thing by today’s standards

Are you joking? I made a post asking women how to respect them and treat them better and you’re going to say you aren’t going to respect women who wear pants. Check yoself

Pretty much as God tells us in the Bible love your wife as Christ loves his church. Nothing changed.as God taught us don’t treat her as a slave or vice versa respect one another go out of your way to make her life easier and vice versa

I know that the Bible says that. I was asking for practical 21st century ways to live that

In case you wanted a serious answer, Crouton…
just treat women the same way you would wish to be treated yourself. Treat them like people. Like an equal. Be mannerly. Respect them and listen to them.

And in return they should treat you the same way.

Are you treating other men poorly? That would seem to go against Jesus’ teaching, if you are.
He said Love your neighbor as you love yourself.
He didn’t make an adjustment for the gender of your neighbor.

I’m not treating men poorly. I’m just saying shouldn’t men treat women better

Treat us as God made us the ‘genius of women’ part of the unity of two which God created. We have the same dignity and rights that God gave you. We are all individuals so you can’t generalise as such, what I may want another female may dislike. You’d have to respect their state in life and start with conversation and respect and ask them what they want as you would any other person. Do you mean in friendship? work? dating? or just generally?

If you were that good of a Catholic you would never call a woman a “hussie”.
I’m a Catholic from the 20s. Get on the trolley, sister.

Also, I love the fact that CAF is so crazy about women’s clothing that what I thought was obviously satire isn’t registering.
