I was watching the local news today and low and behold a news story about Jane Via an “Ordained Priest” in California. I know I saw this story back in August in the LA Slimes. My wife brought up a very intesresting point about the selfishness of the act and all the poor souls who think this is ok…
This is is their website: romancatholicwomenpriests.org/ordained.htm#via

Who “ordained” these women? They can not be Valid in the church and therefor all the people who attend thses Mass’s are out of communion with the church correct? Anybody who can shed some light as the severity of leading these people astry.

These women are so misguided. They all are pretty off the rails when it comes to authentic Catholic teaching and I don’t just mean with their selfish desire to be a Catholic priest. Many of them are involved in progressive, gnostic activities such as Reiki healing and some are sexually active lesbians. They seem to be a parody of the liberal, feminist, pagan influenced woman of the 1980’s that was analyzed in Donna Steicten’s book, “Ungodly Rage” in the early 90’s. Pray for them all.
