Would believers be happy if aliens landed on Earth?

Meh, not exactly the same as it has gone here on Earth for discoverer and discoveree. Unlikely to have a compatible atmosphere, pressure, gravitational force, bacteria and viruses could cause some real problems.

What if (with some near light travel) we find a habitable planet in 100 years but a few of those things are off? too much gravity, too little pressure, known but not understood bacteria/bugs? Maybe even some civilized (look for construction, cities) Safest thing would be to for us to just shoot some radio signals or send a robot down to initiate contact/ share info. Otherwise, we would leave them alone as long as they don’t seem like a threat we would leave them alone.

However, if we found a planet with inteligent life, and it was habitable to us and it was close, statistically that cannot exist in the entire universe; it would prove there is a God and he wants us to meet our alien brothers.

To me, if this intelligent life existed elsewhere and already could travel faster than the speed of light to make interstellar visits practical, they would have been here by now. If for billions of years it hasn’t happened, chances are, it’s not going to happen now.

In searching sources >17 Century, English the word. Alien >meant a foreigner, or an outcast>>>>>not a Creature. Did not mean ET did it?

Likewise the Alien or Foreigner is mention throughout OT. Word>>alien>>>has been changed also to sojourner and stranger in other biblical verses over time?

Referring to living in a foreign land, ( alien) or being alien ( stranger) in and within a country.

Job himself uses this word, where his own household,while going through his hardships states? " I am a alien in their sight".

1 Peter 2:11 " beloved I urge you as aliens and strangers to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul"

Lamentation " our inheritance has been turned over to aliens and our houses to foreigner"

Can list even 36 Bible verses with the word >alien< in it.

Is the Universe not all His and all that lives, dwells, exist within the Universe, belong to him??

Did he not come from above? Believers?

Interesting also we seem>>at least for one only, that we live on the outside of the Universe looking in? Like we do not exist and live within the Vast, Massive Universe, maybe? Are we not just a speck compared to other Planets that we know dwell among us also?

Millions of years and yet there is no other Planet within the Universe exist identical in all forms matter, substance, which we call Earth, that contain the massive array of Unique different Life forms, shapes, sizes, matter, flourishin vegatation etc of Life?

Jesus did say?>> My Father has many Mansions, did he not? All unique and maybe all serve a purpose in serving Him also>>even if it was simply created >>to be seen as empty or void of Life as we know it?

Maybe All those other planets( with no fleshly Life form exist), were created as such to serve a purpose?> Maybe for us to gaze upon all His Creation within the Universe, bares witness for Him, as evidence for us All, that there is an Eternal Creator of such Infinite Wisdom?

Like the Sun, Moon and Stars were created for a purpose in Serving HIM, also in His Creation?

I literally think the Vatican knows aliens exsist but they wouldn’t never admit it.

That being said I think we are foolish to think we are the only ones alive. God could have created anyone and anything.

I just don’t like to think about it because it does confuse me but I wouldn’t be mad or anything I would probably be fascinated.

I think most of those folks that were in the study were lying or kidding themselves about being happy if aliens came to earth. Too much negativity regarding different colored skin, religious, or political beliefs of humans for me to believe them.

Maybe the aliens have been here since the beginning of time? Maybe we just have to look in the mirror?

Leviticus 19:33-35 " When alien resides with you in your land, you shall not oppress the alien. The alien who resides with you shall be to you as the citizens among you; for you were aliens in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God ".

In the 17 Century> English>the word> Alien> meant foreigner or an outcast, not a creature from another planet or like ET? Over time in some places the word Alien has been replaced with sojourner, stranger.

Like today those settling within other Nations would they be considered aliens or if one moved to their land or Nation, entery in be aliens, also has to how it was used many time even to list in the bible?

We may well not be the only ones alive, but the distances of space are such that I, for one, imagine our being “visited” all the time by aliens to be a lot of hooey.

They have been trying to convert us to Jesus all along.

Never mind the fuzzy, warm in the tummy stuff. Dominance has to be the first on their agenda. The first issue on diplomatic table with them is to clear the table of everything else and find out if the sex tampering and baby factories to make hybrids are true, and if operations were done on children and adults without permission. It is at that moment when all safeties click to off, and you can hear a pin drop, and I’d be first chomping at the bit. Good 'ol military days back in vogue.

Justification?: I’m sorry that they were not told that we, that is WE, were created in the image of God and have dignity far surpassing any material creature in the universe, but I don’t think that’s man’s responsibility nor could it have been. On gaining new technology in health and other things, that come later, first is justice. We can talk about those when payback is over.
