Would God allow you to remain in Sin for a greater purpose?

I see that God would not use evil to bring about good; in the end not justifying the means. This is such a difficult struggle for me. After all that has happened to me and being in a close relationship with God and living in the Sacraments and the rosaries and adoration, etc. for many years, I never thought I’d ever be in this position. I will keep fighting against it with the Sacraments and prayer. I’ve prayed that the Holy Spirit will give me the strength, courage and words to do the right thing, but I still can’t seem to do it. I sure hope He has mercy on me and brings me through this even stronger. I hope that for my friend as well.
 
Dear sister, Eternal Salvation is the greatest good. Nothing is worth putting that at risk.
