I’ve taken the legal steps for setting up guardianship for my children, but I am worried that if it came to a legal battle, and it defiantly could, my choice might not be upheld. My sister is a practicing Catholic, but unmarried. Both of my husband’s brothers are married but one couple is Wiccan and the other agnostics, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want my children to be raised by either couple. Would or could the church get involved in a possible custody battle? Does anyone know if there is anything I could do now that could help make sure my wishes are followed?
