WOuld the world be better off ig Christians Jews and Musilms were together?

WW2 is the example I think you should have used because in WW2 most of those who fight on the axis side were Christians. 60 million people died in WW2 because of the Third Reichs actions.

Today we see that many have died because of ISILs actions but the # is nowhere near as many as 60 million. Also ISIL has about 30,000 fighters and another 1-3 million Sunnis living in and supporting ISIL lands. The Third Reich had millions of fighters and many many more supporters when compared to the support ISIL has today.

Good Christians, Muslims and Jews teamed up to fight against the Third Reich and the Third reich was mostly Christian. There are probably less intolerant Muslims in todays world when compared to intolerant Christians during the times of WW2. So because a force as powerful as the Third Reich was defeated…ISIL can definitely be defeated. Once we defeat ISIL…more unity is going to come to the ME and really more unity is going to come to the world.

The Third Reich was definitely anti-Christian. Full stop. I’m tired of this argument.

As for the bloodletting in the Old Testament, it was directed at specific peoples. In Canaan it was against the child eating Moloch cult, that by the way will have an arch dedicated to the same Baal in New York and London.

The ISIS characters may have had a point in getting rid of his Temple in Palmyra, but only to be resurrected again by modern pagans. Killing the Kafir, though is a general statement, not time-limited.

What do you mean your tired of this argument. I’m sorry if my post made you feel uneasy…but I actually said nothing mean to you and btw I imagine that many people do not feel good when they read about folks who view Islam in a negative matter. It is not nice to say negative things about peoples religion especially when pretty much all religions include people who will tell you their religion teaches equality and tolerance.

Adolf Hitler was raised as a Catholic. Most of those who joined the Third Reich were Christians. On numerous occasions Hitler praised Christianity. Btw some Muslims joined the Third Reich. This is all fact and I do not understand how saying these kinds of things upset you, does it upset you to hear these types of things?

It is true that ISIL is probably more religious when compared to the Third Reich. But the fact that lots of Christians sided with the Third Riech tells us that the Third Reich was not Anti Christian. The Third reich was certainly anti Jewish, anti semetic, anti communist…but lets look at the First Slovak Republic…an ally of Nazi Germany. The leader of the First Slovak Republic was a Catholic Priest named Jozef Tiso.

But either way…the big thing for me is that many many Christians sided with the Third Reich… you would have been able to find lots of German soldiers who were wearing crosses during WW2.

As I said though itt many Christians, Muslims and Jews sided with the allies to defeat the Axis powers in WW2. So I really do not see how you can say things to me like Full stop. I’m tired of this argument. The thing is I made a positive post…I acknowledged that Christians, Jews and Muslims sided with the allies during WW2.

ISIL says that the Kafir must be killed…thats no different then when a Jew says that Goyim must be killed or enslaved, or when during WW2 when a Christian decided that it was morally ok to side with the Third Reich.

My point about David was that David was a fighter. Regardless of whom David fought, David like Muhammad was a fighter. Btw Muhammad views Jews as equals…this is the type of stuff we want to hear…its very positive and it unites people. Muhammad carried the very sword that David took from Goliath…this tells me there is a beautiful bond between Jews and Muslims, between Judaism and Islam…that is unbreakable.

I have also read of one Mosque being built in NK…I find this is similar to how NK officials will claim that the supermarkets are full of food…but yet so many people are starving in NK. I dont believe that their is religious freedom in North Korea as their is in Jordan, Israel or the USA. Wrt North Korea being a place of religious freedom… I would like to see more evidence, like Muslims and Buddhists living on the same streets. If NK is a place of religious freedom I’d like to see at least 100 Churches maybe more.

We need more Muslims, Jews, and Christians to not only unite to confront ISIL, but to also confront North Korea.
