So you would vote for her even though you cannot name 1 thing she has done for New York? Do you know anybody that can name 1 thing she has done for New York?Oh, dear. She’s a carpetbagger. The worst political crime. Can’t have any of that, can we? As if such hasn’t been done by pols from both major parties at one time or another.
She may have carried that label before, but no longer. And as for her effectiveness, ask her colleagues in the Senate. She’s admired even by those who don’t share her politics.
As for me, I’d vote for her, but I’d prefer a centrist in 2008, preferably to the left, but I can live with a right leaning centrist.
How about jobs… that’s always a big thing - I think I heard Hillary berating Bush about jobs. Maybe she brought some jobs to New York. Can you name any companies she has brought to New York or any companies that have expanded and created jobs because of something she has done?If one is not a native of a state, one cannot be truly interested in what’s best for that state? Really? Would you restrict the free U.S. citizens who move from one state to another from running for election in their adopted state? Amazing!
Hillary is interested in power? As if every pol from the president on down isn’t?
Michael, is that what the other Senators have said? Who of them cited that as the reason they admire her? Orren Hatch? I know he’s said that he admires her work in the Senate. She’s admired by her colleagues for being able to raise money among people like Marc Rich.
And what work is that? What legislation has she brought up and successfully passed in the Senate?Michael, is that what the other Senators have said? Who of them cited that as the reason they admire her? Orren Hatch? I know he’s said that he admires her work in the Senate.
You know Rich I was really trying to come up with a reason why someone in the senate would admire a woman who had zero experience in holding an elected position prior to NY. I also tried to figure out what they would admire that she’s done and her pardon of the biggest criminal in US history and the money she was able to get out of him for her husbands library was all that I could come up with.Michael, is that what the other Senators have said? Oh that’s right. I will never forget that moring on GMA or Today show, or was it the View, when Hillary told us all about the right wing conspiracy that wouldn’t let her husband accomplish anything. They were obstructing his progress.I have to disagree with this one Fitz, They would have you think it’s a “vast right wing conspiracy”.
Did you overlook fear of Bill if they dissed Hill? You know Rich I was really trying to come up with a reason why someone in the senate would admire a woman who had zero experience in holding an elected position prior to NY. Nope. I would not restrict it. What I cannot believe is New Yorkers think her star power would do wonders for them and she hasn’t delivered at all. Does anyone feel bamboozled? Now what is truly amazing is the continued support she receives. If one is not a native of a state, one cannot be truly interested in what’s best for that state? Really? Would you restrict the free U.S. citizens who move from one state to another from running for election in their adopted state? Amazing!

I din’t know senators have the right to pardon criminals; and the man was the greatest criminal in US history?her pardon of the biggest criminal in US history
Once again you got me. I thought since her husband was the one that pardoned him and that the fact that he made huge donations to her campaign there might be a connection.I din’t know senators have the right to pardon criminals; and the man was the greatest criminal in US history?
The pieces of legislation I cited (and there is more) aren’t in the best interests of New York veterans or New York children?Examine her motives sincerely and they won’t be a New Yorkers best interests…
He cheated the government of $48,000,000 in taxes.I din’t know senators have the right to pardon criminals; and the man was the greatest criminal in US history?
I guess we just have different definitions of the greatest criminal. I personally would consider the people convicted of espionage as greater criminals in what they did to our nation - worse I think than cheating on one’s taxes. But, that’s just me.He cheated the government of $48,000,000 in taxes.
Maybe he’s the tenth greatest criminal. It’s seems ironic though. Hillary and her party want my taxes so bad, but Marc can slide.I guess we just have different definitions of the greatest criminal. I personally would consider the people convicted of espionage as greater criminals in what they did to our nation - worse I think than cheating on one’s taxes. But, that’s just me.
How about being complicit in brokering a few Saddam Oil-for-Food deals??? Would that move 'im of the latter for you??I guess we just have different definitions of the greatest criminal. I personally would consider the people convicted of espionage as greater criminals in what they did to our nation - worse I think than cheating on one’s taxes. But, that’s just me.
I forgot Marc Rich was involved in oil for food. Why don’t we all agree on greatest 'Thief" in the US.How about being complicit in brokering a few Saddam Oil-for-Food deals??? Would that move 'im of the latter for you??
That’s enough for me. No, Never, nuh-uh no way.How about because she is pro-homosexual marriage, pro-human cloning, pro-euthanasia, against Christian judical nominees, hasn’t done a thing for New York state, has no political experience prior to her senate career, has a litany of unexplained firings, deaths, and probable lies in her past, supports radical femminists, and wouldn’t even support the Unborn Victims of Violence Act for women that want their babies?
