Would you want to live in an old tv show?

You have to wonder what happens to characters that are un-personed/retconned out of a show. Did characters like Chuck Cunningham and Ruth Ann Torkelson get to live on while the Prime universe went on without them.

I loved the Torkelsons. Wanted to be Mary Sue, not Dorothy Jane, though

I guess you are right, now that you have reminded me of the details. I started out watching it every week then toward the end, not so much because of how it was going. I did watch Fire Walk With Me and it is typical David Lynch-porn.

‘Fire Walk with Me’ is Lynch at his most self-indulgent, which could easily ruin the upcoming sequel as well (although co-creator Mark Frost is involved in the sequel so perhaps he can reign in Lynch’s worst tendencies).

David should have stayed in Pleasantville where he had a teenage cheerleader for a girlfriend which i doubt he has in the real world given his geekiness and love of ancient tv shows.
