Australia has been singled out by Chinese trade restrictions on many of it’s products because it has been so vocal about the response to the coronavirus by the Chinese government and also Australia’s support of the US. I did read that the Australian government is also seeking closer trading ties with India which has a population not far behind china, and is a fast developing country. Xi J(name removed by moderator)ing has been under pressure from some of his own party leaders over his handling of the economy and also by some of the war hawks in the Chines military who don’t think he’s aggressive enough.
