This is old news.

I don’t think anything he says or does will change the unbridled adoration of his supporters.

Sometimes he speaks without having all the facts. And, I’m not sure I ever recall him ever admitting he misspoke or was wrong about anything.

He said that on Tuesday, and I think his staff let him know he was wrong, so he retreated yesterday in a way that he could safe face by not admitting he was wrong…he ended up saying it was the Governor’s job to take action, but that action was granted by his benevolent authority…that leaves him in a position if the Governor’s exercise their authority with positive results, he can take credit, and if the Governor’s action fails, he can blame them.

I was asking the OP but I’m happy to know you would hold Democrats to the same standards as you hold the rest of us.

Anyone who posts topics on a message board about someone as frequently as many do on here that accomplish nothing other than an apparently necessary cathartic release whilst admitting they despise the person is obsessed.

I’d say despising someone by definition starts with an unhealthy obsession, to say nothing of it being wrong. When I find myself starting to loathe people, I have to ask myself what I am becoming, and steer myself back out of darkness.

Com one! This was an opinion stated on an important, timely issue. If Trump keeps doing stuff which people find objectionable I guess we will have to put up with threads criticizing Trump.

Or do you want to talk about Obama’s tan suit?

For the record, @Abrosz has started three topics. Only one is in world news. And only that one is about Trump himself. So that, presumably clears him of the ad hominem charge of obsession.

As he admitted he despises the man, I don’t think it does. Anyone who despises anyone, much less someone they don’t actually know, has an unhealthy obsession. . . .
